Efren Ramirez (born October 2, 1973 in Los Angeles, California) is an Hispanic-American actor of Salvadorian and Mexican descent.
Ramirez has starred in a number of films, including Napoleon Dynamite as Pedro Sanchez, Employee of the Month with Dane Cook, Jessica Simpson, and Dax Shepard, Crank with Jason Statham, Searching for Mickey Fish with Daniel Baldwin, All You've Got with Ciara, and HBO's Walkout and made cameos in Nacho Libre and Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Efren is set to star in the comedy American Summer with Matthew Lillard.
Soon after the success of Napoleon Dynamite, the music group G. Love and Special Sauce asked Efren to appear in their music video "Booty Call". He also played Ashlee Simpson's boyfriend in the music video for her 2005 song "Boyfriend".
Efren Ramirez is also a touring DJ. He has performed in over 50 cities across the world and spins everything from Hip Hop music all the way to his favorite type of music: Hard House.

Employee of the Month is a film released on October 6, 2006. It focuses on events that happen at a Sam's Club-like store (and indeed filmed in a Costco store), where two co-workers, Zack (Dane Cook) and Vince (Dax Shepard), compete for the affection of the new cashier, Amy (Jessica Simpson). The movie is directed by Greg Coolidge and is rated PG-13 for crude and sexual humor and language. It was released on DVD January 16, 2007.
