Plating line, copper and tin plating
of course this is not real silver, but a fine coating of mercury metal. A penny is placed in a solution of mercuric nitrate, 3-4 minuts later it is coded in a dull silver color which then it is taken out and rubbed with a towel to polish it to a shine. Now you have one shiny poisonous penny. I also use this formula for shining up my house key,makes it slide easier into the lock.
I plate a Typical US penny (copper) and give it a thin shiny layer of nickel. This Plating is a very good nice looking and durible covering. Hope you like it!!
