Mitchell, 57, is charged with grabbing the then-14-year-old Smart at knife-point from her home in Salt Lake City on June 5th, 2002. The trial will resume Monday at 8:30 am, the court said Friday despite efforts by the defense to have the trial relocated to another city, arguing ""serious error and irreparable harm"" could come from the various juror's belief in Mitchell's ""factual guilt"" prior to actually hearing the evidence."

A source close to 20-year-old Hemsworth added, ""There was no drama. The relationship just ran its course. They were good friends first and remain friends.""
