I recommend saving after you talk to sally you save. The teleporter doesn't always activate like it did to myn and if it doesn't activate you will not be able to leave the ship. All in all this dlc was ok it starts off amazing but it gets repetitive after the first hour or so and the aliens are a bit over powered if they get their shields up.
Head to the Maintenance level, where we end up taking a ride in the garbage chute. Damn Sally.
