Fallout Wanderers Edition adds a lot of real-life drugs and meds to Fallout 3 (or at least: I THINK FWE adds them, might be another mod as well.). Their effect is a bit more realistic while adding some nice visual effects for some. After taking MDMA, things start to look more colorful =), It also adds the motion blur when turning head around. Most effects are exagerated but it's still a damn fun addition to the game. Stimpacks now heal over time, so no exploiting them anymore. Also, u can only heal crippled limbs when u have a medical brace AND a stimpack ready. Now how cool is that? This is the Broken Steel mission in Old Olney where u can control the Enclave's Deathclaws. The nice sky and sun-effects are not all due to MDMA, most weather and skies come from a mod called Fellout. The weapon I'm using is the Laser Rifle u get when u decide to help Harkness in the Android mission. I don't know for sure if it's altered or not.
