Ratings and Comments were disabled for this video due to the fact that any trolls who may target these sort of videos will not get the satisfaction of commenting and rating. Plus, it keeps other people who may comment safe from being targeted by the bullies. The term "Trolling" was first seen on the internet in the late 1980's- the earliest known example is from 1991. It is thought to be made from the phrase "trolling for suckers", meaning the fishing technique of slowly dragging bait through water. The word also evokes the mythelogical creature of a troll, which are creatures that are often based around mischief and wickedness. If a troll is presenting offencive language towards you on youtube, the best thing you can do is to report the user and block them immediately. Trolls are only looking for abuse to be sent back to them- which is their idea of fun. Sending abuse is what you absolutely should NOT do- as they are getting the responce they want. Simply ignore the comment, report, block the user, and mark the comment as spam afterwards. Trolls often have multiple accounts which they do "trolling" on, or keep private. If you KNOW of the other accounts of the same troll, block those accounts too (even if those accounts did not do the abuse), as the troll will soon start using their other accounts to contact you through. Do not feel guilty after reporting a troll, they have no way in finding out they have been reported unless you tell them. Keep quiet and let them receive ...

Combining results from surveys of more than 300 Austin construction workers and industry-related data from federal and state agencies, the 68-page study, "Building Austin, Building Injustice," depicts an industry rampant with poor and dangerous working conditions. Although many builders, developers and contractors are model employers, the study notes, others cut costs by not paying some workers for overtime, not paying some at all, misclassifying others as independent contractors, and failing to provide proper safety equipment such as harnesses and helmets, violations of federal and state regulations. "The report is just shocking in the way that it shows how the industry (in Austin) is really rife with these conditions that are pretty deplorable in terms of safety and health issues," said Richard Heyman, a UT professor and an adviser and researcher on the study. A specialist in urban development studies, Heyman said the report reveals systemic, structural failures. Major findings: Though overtime work in the construction industry is common, half of workers who did so reported receiving no overtime pay, a violation of wage and hour laws.
