I tried for 3 days trying to contact this company about electric shuttles. IT was the new thing and was genuinely excited about dealing with them because I own a cycle shop in Natchitoches, Louisiana. After two emails, and two non-returned phone messages, I try one last time. I spoke to someone named Sonya who answers the phone, "Staffing Solutions." She immediately knows who I am because evidently CYA comes first in their office. She tells me that Mr. Robert Kopach, vice-president of everything will return my call today. Empty promises....just like the phone number and email they have. Email and phone promise something: it says we answer and return emails....not this company. While I was waiting for this company to return my calls for three days, on day one I contacted EZGO.com website, found a local dealer, and within an hour and a half had a proforma invoice for the purchase of a 6 passenger vehicle. I wanted a larger vehicle like that "offered" on the Solar Electric Vehicle Company website...but what is the use in trying to buy if they are so busy they cannot talk to customers or return calls for potential buyers. One thing it does tell me is that if it is like this before they get my money....it will be 10 times worse after they get it. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. In FAIRNEss, I will report that when I told Sonya on my final call to them that no one had returned my call after she had promised me and that I was posting my complaint on YOUTUBE.com Mr. Kopach called me back ...
