Before you read on, my apologies on the shakey camera. The stage was packed with some of the most talented and energetic people in Chicagoland, so me trying to get a nonshaky angle was nonexistent. Oh my god, what the hell can I say about this video?!?!?!? This was after Rashad had opened up for Kid Sister, so the crowd was already crazy, then Kid Sister went on and made everyone poop their pants a lil more. Then she brought out Litebulb (TS), AG (TS/Footworkingz), and King Charles (Creation/Footworkingz) to dance to her track Switchboard. Shit became uncontrollable, a few more footworkers came on, and despite Kid Sister leavin the stage, Willy Joy put on the Top 40 of Juke tracks, and everyone went wild!!!!!!

Marissa Mitchell profiles the popular Chicago-based hip hop group. Members are teaching "footworking" classes at the Rumble Arts Center in Humboldt Park.
FWKz performed and taught a master class at Weber Stage University last Spring. We will do it again this April 2010. Weber State, look out we will be back.

The FootworKINGz from Chicago and Detroits Footwork KING decided to come together and make a FOOTWORK ALLIANCE. Being that both cities have this territorial debate over footwork we decided to step in and show both Detroit and Chicago that this Midwestern footworking is bigger than us both. Through our love of Foot work and us being House Hold names in our city, The responsibility fell upon us to bridge the gap, And thats EXACTLY what we did @ the Take Flight DVD release party. It was a Historical night for Footworking and Jitting. Shots out to Lady Sol and All the Chi-town Crews that came out to make it a night to remember..... JITTING IS ALIVE!
