A collection of short videos on and around the Freedom of the Seas
My wife and I took a Royal Caribbean Cruise for our HoneyMoon. It was great. The attractions, the excursions they were all amazing. The staff was wonderful, the food incredible. It was so good we booked another trip for this spring with the Oasis of the Seas. We were on Freedom of the Seas from Nov.29th,2009 to December 06th,2009. Absolutley a great time. I brought a new toy with me which allowed me to catch the entire week on video. I brought my Canon 5D Mark 2 and Glidecam and I went to town. Here's a highlight of our week..... Enjoy! T.

On May 4, 2009, Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas set sail on her first Caribbean cruise from her new homeport at Port Canaveral. More than 4000 excited onlookers showed up at Jetty Park with banners, flags and cameras to wave bon voyage to the Freedom of the Seas.
Port Canaveral is the new home port for Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas. One of the largest cruise ships. This is its maiden voyage from Port Canaveral with the video shot as it passes Jetty Park. The fire boats escorted the ship to the ocean.
These are the beautiful, smooth and fast MARINE elevators on the worlds 2nd largest cruise ship, Freedom of the Seas. The ship is operated by Royal Caribbean International and was built in 2006. It was built in Finland by Aker Yards in Turku. The ship is 1500 ft long and 150 feet wide. Since it was built in Finland, it has beautiful Finnish elevators.
