Made For Those Improv Agents everywhere who couldn't join us. Improv Everywhere is a public performance improv group that through limited planning performs theater art in public places. This also is known as the Getty Centipede, a play on the Museum's name The Getty Center, and a giant game of follow the leader. This is their mission in LA on March 6, 2010. The third anniversary of GLA Improv's annual mission. One of my favorite places in Los Angeles: The Getty Center. It's not so much the art that attracts me (although they do have some exciting exhibits every now and then), it's the architecture & view that never fails to amaze me, clear day or not. I must have a million photos of this place! Here's a clip of the exterior - near the a-maze-ing garden.

The Getty Center sits in perfect harmony with the landscape in the hills of Brentwood, Los Angeles. It was designed by architect Richard Meier and first opened to the public in December 1997. Everything, both inside and out, causes you to catch your breath in wonder. And entrance to this unbelievably beautiful place is free (although you do have to pay to park).
