Amateur video footage of a multi-colored, rapidly flashing UFO in the night sky in Merced, CA on Jan. 3rd, 2011 between 9PM and 1AM. At quick glance, the object could have appeared to be just another bright star in the sky. However, after further observation with binoculars it was determined by several eye witnesses to be a multi-colored flashing object moving steadily to the west and further upward in altitude. This object was viewed from Merced, CA (central valley / central CA) and appeared to be starting directly east (over Yosemite & further away Area 51) and then slowly migrating towards the direction of Chowchilla or Los Banos which is directly south-southeast. It also appeared to be between 33-45 degrees above the horizon. Eyewitnesses also determined this object could have been part of either an equidistant triangle of 2 other similar objects or a larger pattern of pulsing orbs, but these were more difficult to locate with a video camera since they were perhaps further away. The object was filmed using a JVC Everio camera using a tripod with 800X zoom capability on ultra fine image quality. It appears to have twin white bright lights surrounded by a circle of colored lights rapidly flashing: blue, red, green, etc. There was another similar sighting by other eyewitnesses on New Year's Eve (2 days previous) in a similar location with similar flashing lights, but this object was seen hoovering and then moving rapidly across the sky to the north. (Update 1/4/11): Seen ...

Welcome to LuigiMan's Green Star Guide. The place where Green Star locations are revealed. Rumor has it that after you get all 120 stars, these shining Green Stars appear in galaxies. This guide shows how to get those legendary cosmic jewels hidden around the universe. Camtasia Studio 7 was used for heavy editing. This video shows all of the Green Stars that are hidden in World 1. Enjoy!
Well another quality test once again using wide screen and HD. Last time (Sky Station Galaxy Green Star 2) I cropped out the black border and stretched it to wide screen (640x360) in VirtualDub. Then I imported it to Windows Movie Maker and published it to 720p. This time I did the same thing but instead of making it 640x360 I made it 1280x720. I think if I make it HD in VirtualDub it's better quality because it saves it as an AVI file which is bigger in file size but because of that it's usually better quality. Since the file size is so big I have to compress it with Xvid which I'm pretty sure takes away some quality. As for the video itself this green star is quite the challenge sometimes because in order to get it you need at least 1 cloud with you. There are several cloud power-ups in the planet before the Green Star but you have to use most of the clouds to get to the launch star. I'm pretty sure it's possible to get there with 2 clouds, not sure about 3 clouds. I was just able to get there with 1 and I succeeded but had to pull off a leap of faith. If you have 2 clouds I don't think long jumping is necessary. Also a couple of time skips because of some fails along the way. Edit: Most people told me that video quality would look a LOT better before uploading to YouTube but I usually didn't believe them. When I finished editing this video I watched it in Windows Media Player and the quality didn't look so good so I thought it might be worse or just as bad after ...
Rolling Coaster Galaxy Green Stars The winding colorful path in the sky hides some Green Stars as well; the first requires a split-second jump, and the second is suicidal. Spare yourself a lot of lives lost through trial and error by watching this video. That is, of course, unless you want to find them yourself, in which case, why are you watching this video in the first place? I apologize for them being clear stars. I tackled the World S Green Stars, a little bit in, before I decided to record them as I obtained them. That means that the Mario Squared Green Stars will show up in the video as transparent too. This makes the next galaxy completed. I believe it's second, after the Boo Moon Galaxy. Requested by TheMLVideos. I am not taking requests until further notice.

Themost anticipated Wii game of the year is here, and I'm actually home to play it through! Join me, UniversalGiant, as we blast our way through beautiful new worlds and aid Mario in his never-ending quest to rescue Princess Peach from the evil Bowser! With the first 120 stars in hand, it's time to dive into the second half of the game! I was considering jumping straight into the montages from here, but I thought it would be more beneficial to explain what the green stars are, how to collect them and my opinion of them. After this, we begin a gauntlet of 120 stars in 7 days! Can you keep up?

Sky Station Galaxy - 3 Green Stars. Yoshi Star Galaxy - 3 Green Stars. Stars: 126
The final star in Sky Station Galaxy. This star is in a different scenario to the others - inside the big bullet bill glassy thingy. :) It's at the top of the mini-game warper. The best way to get this star (or so I think) is to long jump off one of the orange platforms, then spin right next to the star. Bang! Got it. Also, try to keep your invincibility until the bullet bill stage of the level. It's always fun to blow one to smithereens just before your invincibility runs out! Enjoy. :)

Super Mario Galaxy 2! Both of the stars are high up in the sky, which is predictable.. But still pretty fun, as long as it don't last too long
Yoshi Star Galaxy Green Stars Yoshi Star Galaxy is the second galaxy in the game and the one to come immediately after Sky Station Galaxy. This one introduces you to Yoshi and has a kind of vague prehistoric theme to it, with the bones, stone structures, tar, and volcano. Odd that the Green Stars requests come first. But hey, it seems to be the norm that the earlier the stage, the less likely I find people to get interested in it. And really, besides introducing Yoshi (the galaxy is even named after him and calls him the star of the place), the Yoshi Star Galaxy doesn't really have much else. Well, except for the cool music, which is used again in the Tall Trunk Galaxy's first mission. But even then, the entire soundtrack is great so the Yoshi Star Galaxy just gets overshadowed by all the spectacles that come after it. Oh, I didn't mention anything about the Green Stars, did I? The bunch here are not too difficult to get; you can watch the video and understand perfectly how to get them. One thing to note that you might miss, however, is that the third Green Star can't be reached by Yoshi alone. You must dismount Yoshi from a Flutter Jump to reach it. Requested by WaluigiWare
#1: You should be used to leaps of faith by now. #2: YOU MUST CHOOSE THIS STAR MISSION TO GET THIS TO APPEAR. This is the exception to the "all green stars load with each other" rule. | Hey, look who's returned to artificially increase the difficulty of your final green star! Instead of showing you even more minutes of failing the same thing over again, I simply show this one after the initial death. It's just spinning a bit later than you're used to in the final section. Repeating this comet star is an unfortunate big pain, but at least blue Rosalina does not show up. And with that, we are DONE. The "other" 120 have been heard, seen, found, conquered, whatever... .......................... .......................... .......................... O____________________o
This is all the locations of green stars in world 1, and how to get them. I hope you guys enjoy this, because I spent quite a lot of time making this video. Also, a little note - I'm stupid and messed up with Spin-Dig Galaxy, I put Boulder Bowl Galaxy in there instead. It'll be in the...
While in my quest (last night) to uncover the quickest star, which may be one that was already pointed out, this was one of my considerations. This video was recorded and saved last night, but I didn't feel like uploading it. I never went for under 7 seconds because a faster star was, indeed, pointed out.
Welcome to the "Green Star Challenge" portion of this 100% run. Green stars were started at 19:30 of the 25th of May and ended just about 26.5 hours later (right when it became the 27th). (Yes, I'm insane. :P) These stars in no way at all should take you as long as the first 120. Basically, what has occurred is that in the normal, non-hidden / non-comet missions, green stars have been stuck anywhere you can think of, and you'll need to use some advanced moves and/or some camera work to get them. You can still collect the old mission's star again but that will mean you've failed the prankster comet quest. The major key to green stars is their sound. (A green Luma will tell you this.) The sound a star makes is greatly magnified by green stars, so use your ears! :D You have to start over every time you search for a new one, but if more than one green star is in the same mission you can pick it up. Often this is the annoying part, to replay portions or all of a mission immediately. I put a lot of thought into how to make these into a video, and I hope it comes out well. It will show failures, and I will point out stars that are truly hard, but I want to keep these generally short and to the point. Some green stars will be collected out of order, and will be noted in the video description. And so we begin the "second half" (you're more like 65-75% complete) ........... ============================== #1: An introduction to what these green stars will be like. I originally went ...
Hey! We aren't stopping on the walkthrough for super mario galaxy 2! But this time, it's just me, Sonicfreak360, recording walkthroughs for every single green star in super mario galaxy 2! Yes, thats right! I'm starting off with world one. If you are wondering how to get the green stars, you must get all 120 normal stars! Then, just beat the final boss of SMG2, and tada! Green prankster comets rain from the sky! Thanks for watching our video, and lets hope you enjoyed it! ps. Watermark wasn't added, woops
Spin-Dig Galaxy Green Stars Oh yes, and I almost forgot--this is how I'll be handling the Green Stars, if you were wondering if I'd cover them at all. They'll be in the form of a montage, where I place all three Green Stars into one video. I made a few mistakes editing here, but the subsequent ones will look better. Green Stars are a bit of a spoiler in and of themselves, though I'm sure I've already spoiled way more when I put up videos of Super Mario Galaxy on request. They appear when you get 120 of the regular Stars and defeat Bowser. This causes Green Comets to scatter all over the universe, and every galaxy will get Green Stars equal to the amount of normal missions. Green Stars are not actual missions, per se, but they're just hidden among the regular missions. (Selecting the regular missions will not cause Green Stars to appear. You have to select a Green Star from the menu.) You can get them in any order you wish, though some show up in different missions than the others. Here, you can see the first two Stars are in Mission 1, but the third Star is in Mission 2. Green Stars are hidden quite deviously in every galaxy, though it's not as if you're armed with nothing. Hopefully you aren't playing the game on mute (or watching this video on mute), since you get a radar--the closer you are to a Green Star, the louder the twinkle noise will be. They will rarely be in plain sight, so the twinkling is of utmost importance if you're going to find them without a guide. By ...
