  This is a scene from the feature film "trippin" where I did the sound cleanup, sound design and mixing. In this clip from the "Bathroom Scene", the oririnal audio suffers from bad levels, some background hiss and overall flatness. In the final mix, the sound levels and noises have been fixed, and you now get the more "errie" sounds of the bathroom in the background, with the leaky toilet, plumbing noises, and some of the sounds from the insects and frogs right outside the cabin. A much fuller sound design that helps set up the later elements of this scene.

  In June 24, the Oregon House voted to pass HB 3505 to increase penalties for an attack on or killing of a pregnant woman. The bill was introduced following the death of 21-year-old Heather Snively of Clackamas County, who was eight months pregnant when she was murdered on June 5. The accused killer allegedly murdered Snively and removed her baby from her womb. The baby boy did not survive. It appears that under current Oregon law, the unborn child is not considered a murder victim. The bill was drafted at the request of Snively's husband. Rep. Mitch Greenlick (D-Portland) was the only member to oppose and speak against the bill. His speech is featured in this clip.
