Hello and welcome to another look at playstation Exclusives. This time we take a sneak peek at an incredible game coming soon, Heavy Rain This video is footage made from the Demo, and what you see is not the actual final product. Part 1 of the demo for the upcoming PS3 game Heavy Rain. The game plays out much like an interactive movie, where you influence the course of events with the actions and choices you make. The demo has 2 different sections but I'm only going to upload this half, the more interesting half in my opinion. The other half only sees you investigating a crime scene, which is a little dull in comparison.

[Mild Spoiler Warning] Heavy Rain Demo Part 2. In this scene, you play as private detective Scott Shelby, working on behalf of the parents of missing children involved in the Origami Killer case. This is a scene that can be played in many ways. For example, I can get as much or as little information as possible, depending on what options I pick. For the purposes of this video, I chose the path that would give me only a small amount of information on this woman's son. But if I wanted to, I could ask about his father, his life, how he dissapeared and more. The fight can also be played out in several different ways.

Part one of the Heavy Rain demo by Quantic Dream. The game isn't slated to hit North America until the 11th of February, but I pulled some strings to get a hold of this :) Overall, I'm pretty impressed. As I was playing I was hoping for a more eventful scene, and there was only one that would actually draw someone in. The rest of the demo is just showing off the dialogue and graphics prowess.
