They were eventually able to hogtie the suspect, 29-year-old Eric Zimmerman. In fact, the video shows workers as they carry him out the door, hand-delivering him to police. Norman police say these workers are fortunate. They say you should never fight back. Zimmerman was untied by police and arrested at the scene. He was booked into the Cleveland County Jail on complaints of robbery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery with a deadly weapon

So after 4 tries (2 caught on tape), I have to come to the conclusion that it is not possible to have a train run over more than 6 hogtied victims due to the fact that the train will avoid the area after stopping at a specific station.
