Playing Hydra -666- in Beat Hazard.
Boss HP: 419760. (The FAQ lists 11000 HP, but that's incorrect. Real HP is 13200.) Hydra is one of those bosses that has the potential to be somewhat quick and painless, or horribly slow and rage inducing. The video you see here is of the latter. Basically, all Hydra has to do is stay in the water in the top right area and away from the walls. If that happened, the fight would be very easy. But since Hydra is an annoying jerk, it always makes its way to land at some point. To make things worse, it often doesn't even make it to land at all. It just crams itself into a gap on the right or left and then constantly moves into a wall while trying to get to you. This leaves little room to attack, and the stupid thing turns to face you when you get close. Worth noting that I used an infinite AP combo to defeat this thing in much earlier runs. I tried reverting to that plan a few times, but Celes and Leone were just too weak to make it work. Also, I realized something that could potentially make this fight much quicker (easier, for sure): Mudbank Law and immune Mithra. The only problem? I realized this AFTER passing this part on 50 crystals. Whoops. And for the record, I realize that level 20 Zunde with Giant Killer and Descaling Might would be noticeably faster than this. The thing is, it wastes a good chunk of time to grind that much.

After the death of his beloved wife Megara, and under the command of King Eurystheus(king of Tirens), Hercules performs 12 labors of extreme difficulty. Yet, Hercules did not know Queen Hera was also working against him. His first labor was to slay the Nemean lion, which he successfully completed. He used the lion's skin to make a cloak as a sign of power. The second labor was to slay the 9 headed Hydra, which was an even more difficult task. The Hydra would not die by beheading. Luckily, Hercules had a nephew who helped him to develop a plan to defeat the hydra. After the completion of 2 immense tasks, Hercules continues his labors and encounters many new obstacles. Hercules won his reputation as a hero from ancient Greece.

This is getting too intense, Hydra is going too extreme and we can never defeat him. I bet one day, we'll kill Hydra. Hydra is taking to much crack and he's really hard to chase. So where going to have to use everything we got to destory Hydra before he uses his evil plan to reck the city of Kirby!

this part was 15 mins long to my frustration and i took so long to defeat the hydra so i only edited the part of me fighting the big one only but damn it's been years since i played this.
After his training is complete, Hercules, Phil and Pegasus fly to Thebes. Arriving in Thebes, Hercules is lured into a trap set by Hades involving him battling the Hydra, who Hercules manages to defeat by crushing it under a rockslide. Hercules is then seen by Thebes as a true hero.

Here is the better playthrough of the Xeno Fighters EX remake, using the Legendary dual-type Electric/Flying Pokemon Zapdos. I still die twice in this video, but I was finally able to defeat that dang Jade Hydra. I mentioned in a previous and now removed video that the tank boss Jade Hydra needed refinement and balance on its attack patterns. This video shows off its new balanced-out critical attack patterns, and is pretty much final. It's still difficult to dodge, but at least it is much more fair now. This video is presented in High Definition. I recommend you watch this video in HD for the best experience.
1. Restrain her and tap A (depends on what system you play). 2. Let Sheva shoot her with a powerful weapon or if Sheva restrains her, just shoot her with a sniper and throw her to the ground. 3. Don't grab the device when she is down. 4. repeat (watch the video to see how many times) 5. When Sheva says "Chris, get the device!" you go take it off or if you are restraining Jill then Sheva will rip it off.
in this part we find out that the coliseum is demolished by the hydra and now Hercules blames it on himself. We take on the hydra and he sprouts more heads as the battle is going on but we beat him with combos. When we defeat the hydra we lock the keyhole and recieve the new keyblade: Heroes Crest. Then we see cutscenes of Maleficent and Pete and Queen Minnie with Chip and Dale. Next stop: Disney Castle. Hope you enjoy.

Ninja Blade Mission 09: Final Boss Fight It took me 7 hours to beat this game and I think it's one of the best Cinematic Action Game for the xbox360. Developed by Software Published by Microsoft Game Studios Call it a God of War, Ninja Gaiden or Devil May Cry ripoff, but I like this game and it's fun!! :P And that's what's all about. No matter how many games and consoles pass us by over the years with Ninja, blood and sharp weapons. These three things will never grow old. So despite the fact that Microsoft has already given us Ninja Gaiden II and Tenchu Z, I´m ready and willing for more ^_^

More olive grinding... Should I do this on-camera for you so you can see? Get the sandals from Hermes and head into Peloponnesus where a maze, a god, a hydra, and a cyclops await us. I also use cheap tactics on the hydra, but he sucks so whatever. READ THIS!!! The Hydra was somewhat hard to defeat. It would also be interesting to those who don't know this: Meg does contribute to the battle. After the Hydra gets its seven heads, Meg will be on one side of the battlefield just outside the walls. Stand close enough and she will give HP, MP, and Drive orbs. She won't give it to you again twice in a row at the same wall. In other words, for her to give you more orbs, after she gives orbs to you on one side, you'll have to go to the other wall and continue alternating. You'll know when she's about to throw them when she says "Sora!" This is the 20th of 72, yes, 72 parts that will feature what the "KH Mode" code will do to all worlds that don't give the enemies infinite HP. That means I won't be showing Radiant Garden, Twilight Town, 100-Acre Wood, Space Paranoids, and The World That Never Was. I shall be showing all scripted battles (yes, every one of them) that are affected by this code and they are all fought at LV99. I have used codes to gain all abilities and Keyblades and to increase the difficulty of the battle. I have used the "KH Mode" code to increase the difficulty. Im dritten Kapitel von Valkyrie Profile 2 müssen vier bestimmte Charaktere auf ein hohes Level gebracht werden, bevor das Kapitel endet, damit man daraufhin als Belohnung sehr starke Waffen (und anderes Zeug) bekommt. Man kann entweder bei dem Boss Hydra oder bei dem Zombie Dragon leveln. Ich persönlich fand es am einfachsten bei den normalen Gegnern im Palace of the Venerated Dragon. Da es dort aber einige nervige Kämpfe gibt, habe ich mir einen bestimmten Gegner ausgesucht. Benutzt den Dark Moon Stein und lauft nach links. Da wartet der Gegner schon. Besonders die Krustentiere bringen viele Erfahrungspunkte und sind einfach zu besiegen. In dem Video habe ich das Item Double-Check benutzt um meine EXP bei den Krustentieren zu verdoppeln. -- To get some very good equipment early in the game you have to bring four characters until the end of chapter 3 on a certain level. Because there some quite annoying encounters in this dungeon, I chose a certain enemy to beat over and over. Use the Dark Moon Stone and go to the left to reach the enemy. Of course you can try other enemy groups - most are the same. But I prefer this one because he is close to the zone and also close to the teleporter.
First Pete fight in the Underworld. Includes both the Protect Megara and Defeat Pete parts. Do note I do my Hydra battle after this so I end this battle in Valor Form and start in Valor Form for Hydra.
