The social security number most commonly used by Obama was issued by the state of Connecticut. Obama never resided in Connecticut. Rather than have that lawsuit publicized, the Army revoked Major Cook's orders, but the following day strong-armed Major Cook's boss, Larry Grise, at Cook's civilian job with Simtech, to fire Cook.
