Unfortunately, for now I do not plan on going on to Cycle 5 at the moment. However, I do plan on releasing more issues of el Magazine, and I will always be over at edntmforum.proboards.com
Last week we reported on the debut of Adam Lambert's big album release, but guys, we're just wondering what ever happened to the guy who actually won American Idol? We've got your Kris Allen 411 up next! Hi everyone-I'm Joslyn Davis in Beverly Hills for clevvertv. It was a close win last season on American Idol, but when all the votes were tallied, one winner came out on top and that was Kris Allen. The AI champ just released a music video for his first big single "Live Like We're Dying." It features Kris and Kris alone-lots of cool lights and flowing fabric. KA also shows off his guitar and piano playing skills. As far as videos go, it's not too wild, but it's good. Kris is so likeable and there's really nothing he could do that fans wouldn't love. But is this video enough to give Kris the boost he's going for right now. It's impossible not to compare what he's doing to fellow Idol alum Adam Lambert. They're obviously completely different, but do you think Kris will be able to keep up with all they hype surrounding Adam and the Glamberts? The answer to that question is a very strong yes. Kris changes things up a bit with his "Every Second Counts" campaign. In support of his new album which was also just released, Kris' official website launched the campaign where fans can submit entries that demostrate how they and people they know live their lives to fullest. Three life-livers will be flown to NYC for a private show from Kris. So will you guys live your lives to the fullest and buy Kris Allen's self titled CD? Or are you strictly a Glambert? Leave a comment and let us know! That was your clevvertv new music alert. I'm Joslyn Davis-stick with us for all the latest on all things entertainment-have a great day! Kris Allen Live Like We're Dying Music Video is now available on itunes for download.

Who's your 2009 "Hottie of the Year"? Well vote to find out! I did this contest last year, and I didn't get a whole lot of votes, so I'm hoping this year I do better :) The reason I'm putting this up in October, though, is so you guys have 3 months to vote, so maybe I can get some subscribers, and I just couldn't wait to put it up! :D I've worked on it for 3 days continuosly. What you do is you watch the video, and then you vote on the TOP THREE hottest guys on the list. When the time comes at the end of the year, I will pick the Top 5 hottest guys you guys voted on, with the winner resulting with the most votes. :) Easy enough? (If you don't understand, or have a question, comment me.) Rules: 1. You may only vote for 3 PEOPLE (I repeat, 3 PEOPLE). Any votes past 3 for your picks will NOT be counted. 2. You may not vote for the same person multiple times thinking I will count all of the votes. For example: "OMMGGG I vote joe jonas, joe jonas, and joe jonas! those are my 3 votes!" No. I will only count ONE of those votes. 3. Have a great time! I hope you guys have fun with this. :) I do not own the music or the clips. They belong to their rightful owners. I use Adobe Premiere Pro Cs4. Please comment, subscribe, rate, and favorite. Voting ends December 29th.

We were shocked that Kris won. He came from nowhere! The voting system should be changed - 10 votes per phone line or text - just like some of the other simular shows. This song is one of Kris's best - but once again, I am not sure on the name of it lol...
www.youtube.com .. him on his onstage Wicked kiss Let's stop using his sexuality as an excuse. He would not have gotten as far as he did if Americans disliked him so much for being gay. When it comes down to it, Kris Allen fans were more committed to taking the time to vote like crazy.
Kris Allen Vs. Adam Lambert - 2009 American Idol Showdown Welcome back to Clevver TV! We've got some deets on the latest American Idol season. Hi guys! I'm Dana Ward. So after a reported 23.7-million people tuned-in to the Idol season finale, 100-million votes determined good-guy Kris Allen to be the winner. Rocker Adam Lambert took home the second place spot and now we're wondering which of these guys is actually going to have the most success in the REAL world. AI history shows that both winners and runner-ups CAN do awesome as well as totally bomb after leaving the popular Fox show. At the head of the pack, 2005 winner Carrie Underwood got named the AI top earner by Forbes this year, bringing in 14-million-bucks. But then in the number-2 spot is Jennifer Hudson - at 5-million-dollars for 09 - who didn't even get in the finals. Original-champion Kelly Clarkson places number-3 on the money-making-list at 4.2-million-bucks. But we have to keep in mind that another more recent winner, Taylor Hicks, is NOT fairing too well in the music industry - he made only a sliver of what other Idol stars have. And even MORE recently, the 2-Davids - Archuletta and Cook - seemed to have enjoyed more press-coverage than actual-album and dollar-success after their close-competition. Bringing it back to the NOW factor, past-season runner-up Clay Aiken reportedly wrote on his blog that THIS round's next-up Adam was not very likeable and his voice made his ears bleed. Ouch. He also commented that the fan-votes or Allen simply showcased how viewers want the show to return to its original purpose: to find "real" contestants with raw, undiscovered talent. But a lot of peeps - winner Kris Allen included - have been voicing the Lambert should have won... they're saying that Adam is the one that everyone's been talking about since episode-1 and that his eyeliner-rocking, original, bad-boy vibe had followers watching week to week. Adam Lambert, Kris Allen had a interview with today show which Adam said that there's no conspiracy to Kris's votes
New evidence pin-points AT&T as the culprit behind Kris Allen's 'American Idol' victory, NY Times reports. During the final performances, the mobile company provided phones for Kris Allen fans to cast blocks of votes. There appear to have been no similar efforts to provide this service to supporters of runner-up Adam Lambert. Last week, AT&T representatives, whose mobile phone network is the only one that can be used to cast 'Idol' votes, provided the free services at two parties in Arkansas after the final performance episode. During the event, the representatives provided instructions on how to send "power texts," which send 10 or more text messages at one time. According to sources, the power texts have an "exponentially greater effect on voting than do single text messages or calls to the show's toll-free phone lines." On Wednesday, Fox Broadcasting issued a statement (seen on The Hollywood Reporter) saying that "Fox and the producers of 'American Idol' are absolutely certain that the results of this competition are fair, accurate and verified. Kris Allen is, without a doubt, the American Idol. We have an independent third-party monitoring procedure in place to ensure the integrity of the voting process. In no way did any individuals unfairly influence the outcome of the competition." AT&T issued a statement saying that "countless parties were held," and that "it's quite a leap to suggest that a few individuals could have impacted the final results." According to the NY Times, the show broadcasts an on-screen statement at the end of each episode warning that blocks of votes cast using "technical enhancements" that unfairly influence the outcome of voting can be thrown out.

The vote went for Allen, and Lambert told Ryan Seacrest on CNN's "Larry King Live" that the outcome didn't surprise him. There are no hard feelings, though. Allen, Lambert, Danny Gokey and the other seven finalists spoke of their friendship and camaraderie on "Larry King Live." Here is an edited transcript of the interview. Ryan Seacrest: I think the first thing you said [after being announced as the winner] was "Adam's great." Actually on the air, you were complimenting him at the moment you should be complimenting yourself. Kris Allen: I think that's kind of how I am. Seriously, we're really good friends and he's amazing. He's been probably the most consistent performer this year, and just overall probably one of the best performers that's ever been on the "Idol" stage. Watch Kris Allen heap praise on Adam Lambert » Seacrest: So aside from getting more votes, why do you think you won? Allen: I don't know. I think it was a combination of a lot of stuff. It was maybe, probably, a little bit of personality, a little bit of -- hopefully it was about the music, as well. I know that's not always the case on "American Idol." That's what I care about the most: the music and how I portray it. Seacrest: It's no secret that you're a man of faith, that you referred to the "Christian thing," as it were. You didn't rely on the Christian vote. Do you think that played a part in your win, though? Allen: I hope it didn't. Because I guess me and Adam were doing an interview before the show: "Kris, do you think you're going to get the Christian vote now that Danny's gone?" And that was rough, that was kind of upsetting, because the show's not about religion. We're not running for president. We are there to do music and there to sing, and hopefully people vote on that. Seacrest: I've seen the show 300-plus episodes, and I know that you have to develop some sort of strategy. So what was yours? Allen: I think my strategy throughout the whole thing was, 'don't steer away from what you know how to do.' And that's just go out there and be yourself. I went out there and I played my type of music. And I really wanted to change stuff up a little bit and be kind of bold in my music choices, and just do what I believed in. Seacrest: You guys have been through it. The question everyone wants an answer to, finally I get to ask you. What kind of guy-liner do you wear? Adam Lambert: I don't know, whatever the make-up artist puts on me, you know. Seacrest: In that beat before I [announced the winner], what were you thinking? Lambert: I kind of figured, OK, it's anyone's game at this point. I knew it was going to be a close race. And actually in my head, believe it or not, I went, that's so Kris, it's so going to be Kris. I felt it. Seacrest: You're human, so you had to be let down a little bit. Lambert: You know what? I honestly mentally prepared myself for any possibility. And we kind of kept telling each other, you know, it's such an honor to be here. We had so much fun last night. And tonight we got to sing with Queen. The point is not a title. The point is the opportunity. And I feel like we got that opportunity. Watch the shock over the "Idol" finale » Seacrest: So what do you think happened with the voting? The judges called you the darling throughout the course of the season. And then you didn't get the first-place votes. What happened? Lambert: Well, I'm sure that when Danny was out of the competition, I think his fans probably would be more apt to go for Kris' style. Allen: I think a lot of people thought that too. Lambert: I wasn't worried. I just assumed that would be the case. Seacrest: Why? Lambert: Kris' appeal is more like Danny's appeal than mine. I just kind of figured. Seacrest: Does the fact that the judges pick you out early in the season hurt in the long run? Lambert: I kind of think it helped me because I think that because I'm something a little bit different, it allowed people at home to feel it was OK to root for me. Seacrest: Kris, how did you size up the rest of the competition? Allen: Well, I think Adam and Danny were, I mean, very -- I think they were the front-runners for a long time. And they're amazing. So kudos to them. I think they deserved it completely. But I never went out there to beat anyone. We talk about that a lot.
