Even MORE ways to die in Ultimate Mortal Kombat Trilogy. Some of these are REALLY funny, and some of these are ideas that Midway never came up with themselves during the MK3 years. Once again, we watched the demo mode to get all of these. Since this is a hack of UMK3, the storyline is exactly the same as said game. But the good news is that each character (including the bosses) has their own bios and endings. When you savestate or start holding down buttons, the computer changes its pattern, which mostly causes it to change what finishing move it does to its oppenent.
In this video, you'll see over forty ways to die in "Ultimate Mortal Kombat Trilogy", a hack of the Sega Genesis UMK3. I had to watch the game's Demo Mode just to get all of these. You'll see character fatalities, stage fatalities, brutalities, animalities, and even a few friendships. If you liked this video, then check out the video response. A clay soldier bleeding? this makes no sense!! But then this is mortal kombat, so nothing has to make sense i guess :p Just a word of advice, this part of the level is a complete pain, with the snakes and whatnot, so don't try this when you're at low health like we did, otherwise you'll end up being eaten by a tree like liu kang does (why not kung lao too? he's there as well tree!) The test you have to pass in the middle of the green room is a lot of fun, and i used to be able to do it on my own without messing up, guess that shows how long it's been since i've played this game in any serious capacity, luckily i had a team mate to speed up the process a bit. This video introduces the brutality, great if you want to kill people in a brutal way (duh) and works well against the orochi hellbeast, although when you're crowded with enemies and low on health i think a multality is much better, it clears the enemies away in one and you get a health boost into the bargin

Oh look, it's reptile. He doesn't stay long in keeping with his original mk1appearances, but don't worry, you'll see him again soon enough. This place sure is a labyrinth, going from a lair to a pit to a lair to another pit, this video also the first appearance of the fatality, after a while you'll work up to a multality followed quickly by a brutality. We also have to fight an oni warlord at the bottom of the pit, being the first sub-boss you encounter it's a relatively easy boss, but don't get too complacent, even this boss can put a hurting on you and especially on the higher difficulty.

My currents work in progress. Yes Kung Lao is coming to mugen as soon as i get him good. Theres still alot of things to do. But I feel a accomplished i got this far. I learned alot of crap and I still having troubles. WTF why is kfm sprites in there? Cus I was using him as a template and i gotta remove the stuff still. Didnt do that yet. Got all required sprites which is excellent. Things to do list: Make a damn Fatality already. Im having trouble with this one. Cant get crap to show up idk. I might figure it out sooner or later. Make the projectile have a After Image instead of the character. It kinda looks cool For some reason i might be heading the Kung Lao cvs or something like that. Has combos or something idk Add blood - cant forget blood :) Advanced special moves. This is my first character so be nice :D lol. I never made that Kitana at the end. Characters by Juano. This is me playing MK vs DC and have just performed The Jokers fatality, which was censored in the US version of the game but wasn't in the european version. You may need to turn the volume up on your computer. The quality is also a bit off because I was filming this at an angle. Also to all you haters, just because the traditional fatalities aren't in this doesn't mean its a bad game. At least play it and see what you think.

Here's all the fatalities, multalities and brutalities I know for Kung Lao and Liu Kang in MK Shaolin Monks, both fatalities and one multality for Scorpion and all 3 fatalities I know for Sub-Zero. I think I have the wrong code for Scorpion's second multality so I had to leave that out this time, and I was way too tired to play the story with Scorpion and Sub-Zero to record their brutalities and Sub-Zero's multality. I was recording bits of Shaolin Monks for my non-walkthrough mini-video-editing project when I got the idea to record the fatalities. Just for kicks, and bunnies.

It has been announced that the game will feature a story mode, playable from two different perspectives, one from the DC side, and one from the Mortal Kombat side, and depending on which side players choose, they will see the characters from the opposite universe as the invaders of their own. Gameplay-wise, the game promises to add several new things, as well as remove some old mechanics. For instance, it has been stated that there will be no mini-games as there were in the last two instalments of Mortal Kombat (such as the Puzzle Kombat and Chess Kombat games in Mortal Kombat: Deception). Intertwined with the fights there will be new gameplay modes featuring totally different game dynamics to the usual fight. These modes are "Free-fall Kombat", which is activated automatically after throwing the opponent to a lower level in the arena. The players can fight in the air during the fall, which builds up their super bar. When a player's super bar is full, they can activate a strong, character specific special move which slams the opponent on the ground, ultimately ending the Free-fall Kombat sequence; and "Close Kombat", which is a mode you can enter during a fight, causing the characters to lock with each other and the perspective to change to a close-up of the two, to make for an interval of close-quarters fighting (much like in boxing games).
