This is a video showing my HHO Gas Filter that is a variation of jdcmusicman's design. It is intended to remove any impurities from the exhausted gas of HHO fuel cells. All of the parts were very inexpensive and can be purchased from just about any home improvement store.
This is a new concept that I've been playing around with. A Horizontal Dry Cell that is small in size, but uses a single connection for exhaust and water refill. With this design I can continue to add plates without having to worry about it becoming too large. The output looks really good and I can't wait to test it.

I finally worked out all the bugs in my FlipCup Dry Cell. It only took 2 months of troubleshooting and redesigning, but in the end... It was definitely worth the wait! Configuration is + NN NN NN NN NN - (stacked neutrals)
Here is my redesigned Flip Cup Fuel Cell. I can't take the credit for the redesign, because insAneTunA and many others gave me guidelines to make the cell more efficient. The new configuration is (from bottom to top) Negative Neutral (2 cups stacked) Neutral (2 cups stacked) Neutral (2 cups stacked) Neutral (2 cups stacked) Neutral (2 cups stacked) Positive With this new configuration I am using less than 2 volts per cup. The connectors and container barely get warm anymore and the output is very close to what it was before.

I was just watching TV and saw the most ridiculous Mythbusters episode yet. They built a HHO Fuel Cell, but they botched the whole thing. They didn't add any electrolyte to the water!!! I wonder how much they got paid to say it wouldn't work? They did prove that a car will run if Hydrogen is inserted directly into the intake, but they didn't use a bubbler or a flashback arrestor... so they got a giant ball of fire! If you want to find out more about HHO Fuel Cells, look up the Authorities in HHO: EletrikRide (aka The Smack!), ZeroFossilFuel, SmartScarecrow, AlmostHydrogen, sirHOAX. There are many more pros out there, but these are the first ones that come to mind.
Here is a quick video of my 13 Cup HHO "Flip Cell". I added several more neutral plates to see if there would be any difference in production. There definitely was a huge difference in the output!!!
I came up with the idea of stacking neutral cups without any spacing in between, so I could save space. I was surprised to see that my output is better than before with 2 less cups in the cell. I've tested this idea with my 2.5oz cup hho fuel cell and the 1.5oz cup hho fuel cell. Both cells are now much more compact and still have excellent output.
Here is my new 6 cup "Flip Cup" hho fuel cell. (It doesn't look like much around the cell, because the gas is being ported through the top of the cell to the surface of the water) I redesigned my 7 cup cell, by removing 1 cup and arranging the cups as follows: +nnn-n The reason I have the neutral cup on top, is because it was the only way I could get the connectors to stay on the negative cup. I guess I could have welded the connectors on... if I knew how to weld. I am using half a teaspoon of potassium hydroxide as electrolyte, and am pleased with the output that I'm getting from this new design, but I'm not sold on this configuration yet.

For this test I combined a half teaspoon of oxyclean and half teaspoon of baking soda. The results are way better than I could have imagined.

Cell is as listed above, never mind whatever I said in the vid if what I said deviates from the above cell specs... I have my 6 X 12 plates on backorder as well as a few tricks which, some of which, actually HAVE shipped and should be here w/i the next few days or so! As much hydroxy as this little bitty cell made, I can't WAIT to try out the huge 6 X 12 cell that I'm about to create! Electrolytic injection is a new and exciting term for HHO, Brown's Gas, water for fuel, hydrogen injection, and oxyhydrogen fuel cells. Billy Newsom of www.hhokitstore.com promotes this new key term in order to develop a more friendly term to be used in marketing, press releases, and in general terminology. Just as all industries have their specialized jargon terms, we already see many ugly phrases used to describe the systems and the gasses which supplement engine fuels with a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen from the electrolysis of water.
