Welcome again friends. How you all doing? In this Update to v6.0 you'll find hundreds of fixes and improvements over v5.0. I can't list everything I fixed because I've got probably 150 or so hours more into it. Lots of Performance fixes and quality fixes and Soft particle fixes. Even Map particals. I've changed/tweaked probably %80 of all the particles, Some you just don't change because theres no reason or anything you can do. Added more physics to more particles. changed a whole lot of particles that were released with v5.0 cause they looked bad. But, I can't find every little thing, So it would be very helpful if any of my Users, Find any odd looking things or something that could be better, to let me know. This is a hamstring workout video and I'm going to show you four exercises you can do at home. There are two great reasons to do hamstrings. First, so you dont have to wear baggy pants 24/7 to hide your chicken legs. And second, because it can help you avoid knee pain or possibly eliminate it if you already have it. Many times people get knee pain because their hamstrings are weak in comparison to their quads and pulls the kneecap causing it to track incorrectly. I experienced this myself and the pain was so bad that it was preventing me from running and jumping. I worked with a physical therapist to strengthen the hamstrings and within 6 weeks the pain was complete gone and that was two decades ago.

I'm fairly mad right now at many many people. First off, I went on vacation for a week, second off, I've been sick, not nothing bad, just a lot of coughing (which makes for horrible filming conditions) since I got back from vacation with a cough that you don't want to here, I didn't expect that to enter my plans, if you've been on my forums you'd know. I'm still uploading Emerald, ONLY because I had the whole walkthrough filmed aside from the end before I went on vacation so it isn't hard to upload that. That is why I haven't been uploading Mario. I'm still sick, I drugged myself with cough medicine and other junk and forced myself to film this to satisfy the impatient people who won't back off and leave me alone. If I sound different in this video, you know why, however it came out fairly well done if I do say so myself, I couldn't even tell I was sick from listening to it but it was a real pain in the rear end to film and edit since I had to keep cutting out myself coughing, probably about 30 times. I'm done working on this walkthrough until I ditch my cough, filming for 10 minutes was more than I could handle. Good news is, I'm mostly better aside from the cough which is unpleasant and I assume you don't want to here. I will finish uploading the Emerald walkthrough since I have the footage and then I'll get back to Mario in a few days, one more fairly long delay and then this will be my only walkthrough and I can put all my attention on it and I can finally finish the ...
