Central Indiana Severe Weather Threat Alert Sep 19-26, 2009
On March 27th 1991 (or 96) Jim Cantore reporting LIVE from Steuben County, Indiana on the damage caued by severe weather.
At dusk the national weather service issued a tornado warning for Porter County Indiana due to a supercell that had strong rotation. Before the storm exited the area it dropped an EF2 tornado that destroyed multiple buildings and vehicles. The tornado left a 4 mile path by 60 yards wide at it's largest. Nobody lost their lives and all injuries were minor.

This is a red scroll showing the tornado warning (on The Weather Channel) from the previous radar video. A few seconds of the radar is shown about 30 seconds in. By this time, the tornado in southwest Ohio has crossed into Butler county. Another tornado will move across Crawford and Harrison counties in far southern Indiana. The radar loop at the end of the video is about 45 minutes old, with the last image probably around 10:45 PM.
Here's the Cincinnati radar again from June 2, 1990, at 10:04 PM EDT. NOAA Weather Radio indicates a possible tornado in Jackson County, Indiana, moving northeast at 50 miles per hour. The lead cell has lost it's hook echo, but the adjacent cell has developed a hook or appendage.
