1st Place in 3rd Heat The official results aren't posted yet, but looking at when the clock changed and when I passed the finish line, my time was probably right around 62 flat. This was a pretty rough run. I'm about that point where I'm adjusting my steps in response to trying to improve my time, so you'll see a few stutters and tips. I ran at a stupid pace. This was my last run of the season, and each year, I run too fast because it's my last chance and I pay for it at the end. I was lucky that I won, but then again, a few people behind tried to pace with me in the beginning and it looks like I may have screwed them over with the pace :O. Sorry, you could tell how dead I was at the end.

By:Muhammad Abu Bakar Jhanda Khudian Khas Kasur ISLAMABAD: The Mushtaq Sukhaira-led Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing the barbaric killing of two brothers in Sialkot has submitted before the Supreme Court that the brothers had killed two innocent people of village Buttar of Sialkot. Following the brutal public assassination of the two brothers, Hafiz Mueez Butt of Class 9 and Muneeb Butt of 1st Year Intermediate, the Supreme Court took suo motu notice of the incident and appointed Justice (retd) Kazim Ali Malik to find the facts. Justice Kazim submitted its report before the SC, which did not answer crucial questions relating to the incident and also left a few for the trial court. After Justice Kazim's report, the SC directed the police to investigate the murders and a JIT was constituted, which submitted its report in the apex court, declaring the two young boys as killers of two residents of Buttar village, upon which the suo motu notice was disposed of. Following are the findings of the JIT submitted in the Supreme Court: "The investigation of this case was entrusted to JIT on 2nd September 2010. In compliance with that, the JIT took up the investigation and first of all pursued the case file, obtained the version of complainant, visited the crime scene, recorded the statements of eyewitnesses, heard both the parties and also collected evidence from other sources. The Dance is "Sentimental" choreographed by Rachael McEnaney. The music is 'Sentimental' by Gareth Gates. The dance was the Advanced level "Smooth" dance, a west coast swing, at the 2011 UCWDC World Championships of Country Western Dance in Nashville, TN. The toughest part about doing this dance was the number of syncopations and not making the styling too "cuban" because there are a number of steps in the choreography which could easily be done with latin styling instead of west coast. I competed in two age divisions: Crystal and Diamond. This is the Crystal heat; In Crystal, I placed 2nd in every dance and I placed 2nd Overall. In Diamond, I placed 2nd overall but with a mix of placements in individual dances: 1st in Anita's Waltz and Sentimental; 2nd in El Samba de M, and 3rd in Fantasy and Americano. This was my first year in Advanced so I was very pleased with the results.

So I'm pretty much was pretty much self taught up until i was 12, which was when i started teaching George to jump and i needed tips on how to train and what happened after that was with George :) I faced obstacles on the way, but i got over them because of hard work, commitment and real love for horses. George's story (beware of the length) He was rescued from slaughter in 2006 for just €15 and he was shipped over here with about 20 or so other horses, all of which my Mum's friend had saved with inheritance money from her parents. Mum was looking for a horse but she couldn't find anything she liked and after I fell off when I was trying George then she was about to say 'maybe we should wait a couple of years before you get another pony' but he was under £1000 and the best we could afford at that time, so we took him home 21/07/07 but he was just left in the field to put weight on under Bonnie strained her tendon 16/08/07 so we decided to attempt to catch him up, and it took us about a week till we could lead him in. I had my first ride on him at SWDRC championships 02/09/07 and that was where the journey for us began. Pakistan Army retained the top military slot for a sixth consecutive term as the incumbent Chief of General Staff, Lt-Gen Khalid Shamim Wyne, was promoted on Tuesday as four-star general and appointed Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee. According to an official notification issued from the Presidency, President Asif Ali Zardari promoted Lt-Gen Khalid Shamim Wyne as general and appointed him as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee on the advice of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani. Gen Wyne will replace Gen Tariq Majid, who is set to retire on Oct 8. The dramatic move, which surprised many, was the result of a meeting held on Monday amid rumours of change in government. Although it was clear from the very beginning that Army Chief Gen Ashfaq Parvez Kayani was not interested in his elevation as CJCSC, it was generally believed that either the Naval Chief or the Air Chief would be chosen for the post. JIT claims lynched Sialkot boys were killers By Usman Manzoor ISLAMABAD: The Mushtaq Sukhaira-led Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing the barbaric killing of two brothers in Sialkot has submitted before the Supreme Court that the brothers had killed two innocent people of village Buttar of Sialkot. Following the brutal public assassination of the two brothers, Hafiz Mueez Butt of Class 9 and Muneeb Butt of 1st Year Intermediate, the Supreme Court took suo motu notice of the incident and appointed Justice (retd) Kazim Ali Malik to find the facts. Justice Kazim submitted its report before the SC, which did not answer crucial questions relating to the incident and also left a few for the trial court. After Justice Kazim's report, the SC directed the police to investigate the murders and a JIT was constituted, which submitted its report in the apex court, declaring the two young boys as killers of two residents of Buttar village, upon which the suo motu notice was disposed of. Following are the findings of the JIT submitted in the Supreme Court: "The investigation of this case was entrusted to JIT on 2nd September 2010. In compliance with that, the JIT took up the investigation and first of all pursued the case file, obtained the version of complainant, visited the crime scene, recorded the statements of eyewitnesses, heard both the parties and also collected evidence from other sources.
