Hi everyone, on this video i'm showing my BIOS features to see if you can figure out with which one I can disable my Onboard videocard. Q: Why?? A: Since I bought the ATI and installed Windows 7, windows 7 was "messing up" between the onboard and the ATI, which that causes me 30% of the CPU USAGE. I open Task Manager and there are no processes that use more than 1%. Sometimes I turn the pc on and the problem is not there, but whenever i reboot it the problem comes, so each time I have to reboot the pc, I have to reboot it a lot of times till the problem is solved and I don't want to reboot it frequently because of thuis It's something confusing but i've tried changing a lot of stuff from the BIOS and nothing happens. And that's also why i've got too low fps in some games. I'll give you the specs from my Motherboard and everything else. I have been having apps randomly crashing on my iphone4 since purchasing the device. Locking me out of one or all apps until I reboot the device. I have reset all settings as well as restoring device 3 times and upgrading to ios4. On a daily basis it has at least one catastrophic crash ending in an endless loop only way out being to resync with the computer. Today I was in safari reading a web page and it suddenly crashes out of nowhere in endless loop. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it a hardware issue? I can't take the unreliability of this phone anymore. PS if your phone locks on you like this, you can press and hold both the home and power buttons together. This will force a shut down. Update: I returned this phone and got a new one about a month later. I've been using it just shy of 2 weeks now and have not had a single problem with the replacement unit. So this issue was obviously a hardware problem with the device. If anyone has this problem exchange / replace your phone.

This problem has been occurring for about 2 weeks. It first started to happen just the first time I would turn my computer on and then would be fine after I rebooted, but now will occur every time I reboot my computer as well for at least 10 minutes. Every day the computer has to be on longer and longer before my computer will run without crashing on startup. A couple of days ago I was getting a BSOD of bad_pool_header every time I would start up my computer. running the same benchmark. the first benchmark shows the processor overclocked to 5% in the bios and the spikes happening. secondly, i reboot the computer and disable overclocking in the bios. the spikes in frames per second no longer happen. my bios version is A05. processor is 920XM. video cards: dual mobility 4870 in crossfire.
It started with browser dedirects, where I'd click on a link and get taken somewhere else. Then after scanning with AVG and Malwarebytes in SAFE mode and removing a few trojan horses, I reboot in normal mode and all my fonts in my windows have changed. And I cant get on the internet. So its back to safe mode and a full scan of C drive with Malwarebytes, and it finds nothing. Reboot again, slow was molasses, then a Spybot SD scan, which finds 2 Trojans called Virtumonde. Removes them. Reboot again, I can get online now but the fonts are still messed up and I'm still getting browser redirects. Help! My next step is more scans, ATF Cleaner is next....the odd thing is I didn't download anything lately, I mustve caught it just browsing. What a PITA...
I recently managed to install DosBox Symbian on my Nokia 5800 phone. This allows you to run DOS applications on the phone but I took that one step further. I installed Windows 3.1 under DosBox. Here's a quick video of my HTC Eris running the unofficial build of Android v2.1 with Sense UI. I updated earlier today using instructions here (www.mydroidworld.com and it went off without a hitch. The only thing I've noticed is that I have to re-login to my Google account every time I reboot the phone. Aside from that, the phone is actually much quicker through the menus and whatnot.
