This is a couple large crawfish I rescued that was tangled in a fishing string tangle on a stick and a deer a few feet away in the water. I rescued the crawfish and untangled them and released them back into the wild of Barren River in Bowling Green,Ky. at Boatlanding Road at the boatramp.

I couldn't find any photos of her but she had been described as a petite woman. This was recorded about a month after the Mildred Bailey version with Red Norvo. Ida's voice does remind me of Mildred's and perhaps a bit like Billie Holliday. She puts an interesting twist on the lyrics where she begins "This is my LAST affair, so please be kind..." All other versions I have heard start with "This is my FIRST affair...." Louis si associa con dei validi solisti: al piano non c'è più Lil, ma Earl Hines. Alla batteria c'è Zutty Singleton, con Fred Robinson al trombone e Jimmy Strong al clarinetto. Le due colonne portanti della formazione sono senz'altro Hines e Singleton: quest'ultimo è uno di quei batteristi che possono finalmente incidere dischi senza problemi, con l'avvento del sistema elettrico, dato che la tecnica precedente era mal compatibile con le percussioni.
