Jimmy Shergill (born December 3, 1970) (also known as Jasjit Shergill) is an Indian actor who is a Punjabi. He is known for his remarkable resemblance to Hollywood actor Barry Pepper.
He debuted with Maachis and has also appeared in Mohabbatein, Dil Hai Tumhaara, Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai, Haasil,Dil Vil Pyar Vyar,[[[Yahaan]] and Hum Tum,Tom, Dick and Harry, and Kehta Hai Dil Baar Baar
Some of his recent roles have been in the popular films Munnabhai M.B.B.S. and Lage Raho Munna Bhai
Jimmy also works in Punjabi movies. His Punjabi movies includes Yaaran Naal Baharan and the latest movie, Mannat.
Jimmy Shergill went to Vikram College in Patiala, Punjab.
He is the uncle of Film Director Karan Kandhari who directed Bye Bye Miss Goodnight.

Eklavya: The Royal Guard was originally titled Yagna. Production began in early 2005. The principal shooting of the film was completed in November 2005. According to the official website, shooting took place inside the living quarters of the Jaipur Royal Family. Prince Raghavendra Rathore and Subarna Rai Chaudhari designed the costumes for the film.
