New Official 911 call Katt Williams earlier today pulled out a shotgun at the Georgia Walmart where Katt was arrested, this according to one of the people who called 911.About 3 minutes into the call, which came in at 2:17 PM local time, a man tells the 911 operator, "We're having a problem with Katt Williams ... and we need someone to come out here now." The caller then explains, "They pulled out a shotgun and stuff like this." The operator replied, "He pulled out a shotgun?" The caller responds, "Yes Ma'am."
Katt Williams was released on bond Monday after police said they arrested the entertainer for breaking into a home and stealing thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and coins. Williams, who police say is 38, is charged with burglary and criminal trespassing, according to Coweta County Sheriff's Office Maj. James Yarbrough. A Coweta County magistrate set bond at $41150 Monday afternoon. Williams was released Monday night. As he emerged from the Coweta County Jail, he called the alleged burglary "a misunderstanding between me and two stupid detectives."

The US Supreme Court announced today they refused to block tomorrows execution of sniper mastermind John Allen Muhammad. The court did not give a reason as to why they refused his appeal. Muhammad, who is scheduled to die by lethal injection at a Virginia prison, was convicted of the murder of Dean Harold Meyers outside of a gas station. The story made national headlines during a 2002 three-week spree across Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. Muhammad is also suspected in fatal shootings in Arizona, Alabama, and Louisiana. Comedian Katt Williams was arrested in Georgia for Burglary. His lawyer William Briggs immediately responded by saying the arrest was totally bogus. Briggs claims Katt was in Georgia shooting a movie and had been staying at the property in question for the last three weeks. Apparently the property is owned by a friend of the producer and the arrest stemmed from fake burglary report given by a vengeful employee. And speaking of Burglary, Nick Prugo, who was allegedly part of the Hollywood Hills Burglar Bunch, has been the target of numerous death threats. His lawyer Sean Erenstoft told TMZ "Multiple law enforcement agencies are involved in the protection of Nick Prugo and his family." Apparently Prugo has been cooperating with authorities in exchange for a lighter sentence and that could be a source of at least one of the threats. The group burglarized the homes of numerous celebrities including Megan Fox, Lindsay Lohan, and Paris Hilton
