Katy Perry spent just a day as a guest judge on American Idol this week, but that was apparently enough to consider giving up singing should a permanent gig alongside Randy Jackson, Ellen degeneres and Kara dioguardi pop up. The Hot N Cold singer told MTV that the experience was awesome and if I was offered that job as a permanent host, I would ditch my career and take on that career.

The second I saw her makeup when she was a guest judge, I knew I wanted to try Katy's makeup. I'm not too impressed with how I filmed and formated this video. I'm just starting out so I'm trying a bunch of different things. I'n filming another tutorial tomorrow and I'm definitely putting it together different. For this one, I ended up having nearly an hour of video. I had to cut out a TON of explanations to get it within the 10 minute range.
