On June 16, 2010 Judge David L. Mennis of Swift County Minnesota was arrested during an eviction hearing for obstruction of justice. Judge David Mennis resisted arrest. The bailiff and the attorney for Freddy Mac assisted Judge David L. Mennis in resisting arrest. This phone call is the first in a series of phone calls to Freddy Mac to inform them of their attoreny's aiding and abetting the resisiting of arresting of Judge David L. Mennis!
