After WOD, we toured the campus of UCI and freestyled wherever we thought the lighting looked good. This was my freestyle to You Are ft. John Legend, by Estelle. I had to replace the song with some song called "Get Your Money Right" by The Game ft. Jay-Z and Dr. Dre. I can't edit this with WMM and I have no other video-editing program, so youtube's audioswap was the only way to get some kind of beat on the video. Despite it being a totally different song, I think it actually kinda works :)

How to headstand to baby freeze. I know that its not perfectly clean when i do it so you dont have to tell me. This is my first tutorial so i hope it helps you out. Forgot to Mention: try and make sure that your stabbing arm is straight. Also once you get comfortable you can change your leg positioning in the headstand.
