"Just Listen, Baby!" Black Hole Radio will now be heard on crystal clear FM radio in the Bay Area. The Oakland Raiders last week announced that they have switched their flagship station from News/Talk 650 KSFO to KITS-FM Live 105 (CBS). They'll also be heard now on 1550 KFRC which is the Bay Area affiliate of the True Oldies Channel. Compass Media will be the new syndicator for the Raiders Radio Network as they have had a long history of syndication of this nature. Compass has even talked about taking the Silver and Black's radio network national KFRC was on 100.7 as well as 106.9 and was once the flagship of the Oakland A's before moving to 1550 AM to make way for KCBS 740 which simulcasted in 106.9 (and still does). If they're smart, 860 forfeits and goes Standards, ESPN Deportes, News/Talk, or Spanish News/Spanish Talk. Talk could be an option since they already have Michael Savage. One may say the Raiders are nowhere near deserving to be heard on FM. The No Name Morning Show on Live celebrated the best way they could since, these aren't your daddy's Raiders (no offense). Surprisingly, they didn't play "Black Hole Sun" by Soundgarden. This news is probably more relevant ...
