Video is of Harlow Cuadra working out from a boybatter.com video. Harlow and his partner Joseph Kerekes were arrested by Luzerne County for the murder of Bryan Kocis, owner of Cobra Video. Bryan Kocis was found dead in his burning house on or about January 24, 2007 but, to date, there has been no specific PROOF from Luzerne County on WHEN Kocis died. Bryan Kocis' time of death to date is UNKNOWN. Luzerne County appears to want the public to ASSUME that Kocis was killed on the day his body was found. No evidence has been offered by Luzerne County on WHO last saw Kocis alive nor WHEN Kocis was last seen alive. In a murder trial, there has been no evidence on when the victim was last seen alive. Keep in mind that for a burned or frozen corpse, many times it is impossible to scientifically determine an exact time of death. The court must rely on when the body was found and when the victim was last seen alive. Bryan Kocis plead guilty in 2002 to having sex with a 15 year old boy, a plea that required Kocis register as a Sex Offender under PA's Megans Law. Yet, Luzerne County Prosecutors returned video equipment to Kocis and allowed Kocis to go back to operating a gay porn studio (Cobra Video) out of the basement of a residential house in Luzerne County Pennsylvania (the production of adult videos is illegal under Pennsylvania law). Kocis' 2002 guilty plea was corrected by Judge Michael Conahan and the Luzerne County DA in 2006 to a plea that did not require Kocis register as a Sex Offender under Megans Law. Luzerne County claims that Harlow Cuadra and his partner Joseph Kerekes killed Kocis in order to work with Cobra Video model Sean Lockhart (aka Brent Corrigan). This claim makes no legal sense because Kocis and Cobra Video could not legally bind Sean Lockhart to perform sex acts for money. No court has ever ruled that a contract to perform in adult videos was a valid and enforceable contract because, paying someone to perform sex acts in an adult video constitutes prostitution. California is the only state to have specifically decriminalized the production of adult videos. And yet, Prostitution is still illegal in California. Prostitution is only legal in a couple of rural counties in Nevada. It is interesting to note that: a) a gay adult video production was recently "raided" by the police in LA because the police claim the production did not have proper permits; b) a city in Florida is currently suing to shut down a "gay dorm reality production" that is filmed in a residential house because the City claims the production is in violation of zoning laws. Bryan Kocis's basement porn studio was allowed to operate by Luzerne County even though PA had not decriminalized the production of adult videos. The Luzerne County DA returned video equipment to Kocis after Kocis plead guilty to sex with a 15 year old boy. Since it is a THIRD DEGREE FELONY to circumvent the requirements of Megans Law in PA, AN ALTERNATE THEORY OF THE CRIME for the Bryan Kocis Murder has Bryan Kocis being killed so that Kocis could not testify in a criminal probe into how Kocis' original 2002 guilty plea was changed four years later in 2006. Reports out of Luzerne County have The Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas under federal investigation pursuant to several different issues.
