"Is this racist?" is a segment comedian Ron G came up with while on an east coast comedy tour with ERRATIC TV owner and stand up comedian Sherif Hedayat. Ron G began his stand up career in Atlanta, GA, and was crowned 1st place winner of the 2005 Sierra Mist Late Night Laff Off. After moving to Los Angeles to further his career as a comedian and actor, he was a finalist on the new hit TV show Bill Bellamy's "Who's Got Jokes" and was also a finalist on the most recent season of NBC's Last Comic Standing. And if that wasn't enough, on his very first commercial audition, he booked a gig as national Spokesperson for Checker's & Rally's Restaurants. Having Martin Lawrence tell him he was funny is one of Ron G's career highlights so far, and after receiving his first standing ovation only eight months in the game, he knew he had found his calling.
My preferred technique for beating this level on Veteran by yourself is to (a) head over to the restaurant across the street and grab the turret off the roof, and set it up on the roof facing the street, (b) head back to the restaurant with the silver counter and grab the turret inside and place it behind the counter, facing the street, (c) run back to the beginning and grab the claymores and third turret, setting that at the gasoline station end of the alley behind the restaurant. (d) If you want, set up claymores around blind corners. If seems like it should be possible, possibly with this turret arrangement, to go the entire five waves without firing a single shot (but possibly melee if necessary). The BTR and helicopters can be struck by incoming drone missiles, and I've seen a drone missile take out a chopper and BTR both (on separate occasions.. the drone takes out the final BTR in this video).. but I'm not sure how I would go about aiming them, since both times were accidents. Perhaps by getting the drone to aim directly at my location, and standing with the chopper between me and the drone in the sky. I wonder if it is possible to shoot down the drone, since you can in multiplayer, although none of the rockets seem to lock on in Spec Ops that normally do multiplayer. I'm not really that good, so this isn't so much as a "whoa look at me, how quick I am" but instead just showing my technique (as a player who is bad at this game) for beating this mission on Veteran ...
Genesis started life as a progressive rock band, in the manner of Yes and King Crimson, before a series of membership changes brought about a transformation in their sound, into one of the most successful pop/rock bands of the 1980s and 1990s. In addition, the group has provided a launching pad for the superstardom of members Peter Gabriel and Phil Collins, and star solo careers for members Tony Banks, Michael Rutherford, and Steve Hackett. Their roots go back to 1965 and a pair of rival groups, the Garden Wall and the Anon, formed by students at the Charterhouse School in Godalming, Surrey. They merged, with the result that 15-year-olds Peter Gabriel, Tony Banks, and Michael Rutherford joined with 14-year-old Anthony Phillips, calling themselves the New Anon and recording a six-song demo featuring songs primarily written by Rutherford and Phillips. ________________________________________ News: A well-known Bognor restaurant-owner disappeared early this morning. Last seen in a mouse-brown overcoat, suitably camouflaged, they saw him catch a train. Man-in-the-street: "Father of three its disgusting" "Such a horrible thing to do" Harold the Barrel cut off his toes and he served them all for tea "Can't go far", "He can't go far". "Hasn't got a leg to stand on" "He can't go far". Man-on-the-spot: I'm standing in a doorway on the main square tension is mounting There's a restless crowd of angry people Man-on-the-council: "More than we've ever seen. - had to tighten up ...
"I think the concert was amazing." "It was really cool!" "Did you see when.." People buzzed arount the bar-restaurant, just confusing you. You're astonished that you were even standing in the same room as this man, and not only that, but you'd get to meet him, too. Its not really happening, you tell yourself, it cant be happening. Your head snaps to the side, and you find that two men from the band are walking by. You're standing in line, waiting for the one and only 100 Monkeys to come out and sit behind the bar to do a signing. You're standing next to your mom, because she wouldnt allow you to come alone. You're also second in line. Suddenly, a strong arm pushes past you. You back up, giving the person space. You look up to find another man from the band, walking in front of you. But where is HE at? As you continue to watch the man walk by you, a voice interrupts your deepest thoughts and somehow seems to enter your heart; your soul. It says, "Can I cut through here?" It sends shivers down your spine, your heart, and your entire body. In some way the voice sounds familiar, and they way the voice had a particular twang to it. You turn, along with your mother, to see that he, Jackson Rathbone, the love of your so-called life, is standing before you. Slowly, you nod, and it all seems like a blur. He walks in front of you and stops. Directly upon you. You stare up at him, in complete awe, studying his face. The smile. Oh, how you love that smile of his. No way would you ...

The mother of a woman who was shot to death as she worked as a hostess at a Chinese restaurant in the summer of 2008 was unable to positively identify the man standing trial for the murder during testimony Wednesday morning. Qui Seng Chen, 26, died of a single gunshot to the chest while working at the Golden Star restaurant near Coronado Center in July, 2008. Donte Power, 21, is charged with first-degree murder in the death and robbery for stealing a tip jar on the restaurant counter. Shuvi Chen, the victims mother, testified Wednesday that she heard a gunshot before running into the front of the restaurant and catching her daughter in her arms as she bled from the chest. Shuvi Chen told jurors that she saw a man standing in the restaurant right after the shooting and that he said something to her that she didnt understand. She said that her eyesight is poor and that she only noticed that the man was dark skinned. Power, who is Black, was arrested later the afternoon of the killing in the parking lot of Coronado Center. Investigators say they recovered the tip jar and gun the time. Shuvi Chen was unable to positively identify Power in court despite standing up to get a closer look at the people in court. She said that she didnt have her glasses. Powers attorney says that all of the testimony ...
Chris and Nathan's "halibut" gets raves from their customers. Too bad the fish is actually cod. But that's just a minor detail...
Teams must perform a cooking demo before the judges, but crippling stage fright hampers one couple's chances.
Chris and Nathan struggle when very few men show up to their singles event.
Two couples make serious blunders in front of the judges.
Teams are thrown for a loop when they learn they must use local wild game on their menus.
Who knew that cracking open a coconut was so potentially hazardous? One team struggles with this seemingly minor task.

After Sel was out of the shower I went into our room and told her to dress nice, like if she was going to prom or something. She said Ok and I jumped in the shower. I was getting impatient hoping 6:00 would come by fast. I was so nervous yet very excited at the same time. Sel's favorite restaurant is Ruse and Italian place that is very expensive. After that were gonna go to the park where we first played soccer together, walk around a little bit and hopefully by then it'll be time. "Joe" Sel asked while fixing my tie "Where are we going" "Dinner" I said "Why" "Just wanted to know why were dressed up so fancy" She said "Oh I laughed lightly "This was Dems Idea" I lied "Ok" She said and I felt a tug around my neck "Your good to go" "Thanks" I said and kissed her "Lets go, everyone's probably waiting" "Alright" She said and grabbed my hand. We went downstairs and got what we needed for Evan, including him and we headed out the door. When we got to my parents house the front porch light was on and I smiled knowing that I couldn't turn back now. "Stay here" I said "I'll take him" "Ok" She said and kissed Evans forehead. I picked him up and all of his things then headed up the walkway to the front door. It opened right when I hit the top stop and I was pulled in by none other then Ms. Demi Lovato. "Damn Dems" I said as I handed Evan to her "No need to kill me" "Sorry" She said "I'm just really excited" "I can tell" I said "Here" Nick said standing in front of Demi and handing ...
On the night of September 7, 1996, Shakur attended the Mike Tyson - Bruce Seldon boxing match at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. After leaving the match, one of Suge's associates spotted 21 year-old Orlando "Baby Lane" Anderson, a member of the Southside Crips, in the MGM Grand lobby and informed Shakur. Shakur then attacked Anderson. Shakur's entourage, as well as Suge and his followers assisted in assaulting Anderson. The fight was captured on the hotel's video surveillance. A few weeks earlier, Anderson and a group of Crips had robbed a member of Death Row's entourage in a Foot Locker store, precipitating Shakur's attack. After the brawl, Shakur went to rendezvous with Suge to go to Death Row-owned Club 662 (now known as restaurant/club Seven). He rode in Suge's 1996 black BMW 750iL sedan as part of a larger convoy including many in Shakur's entourage. At 10:55 pm, while paused at a red light, Shakur rolled down his window and a photographer took his photograph.[46] At around 11:00-11:05 pm, they were halted on Las Vegas Blvd. by Metro bicycle cops for playing the car stereo too loud and not having license plates. The plates were then found in the trunk of Suge's car; they were released without being fined a few minutes later.[46][47] At about 11:10 pm, while stopped at a red light at Flamingo Road near the intersection of Koval Lane in front of the Maxim Hotel, a vehicle occupied by two women pulled up on their right side. by M. Turner CTMentertainment Replacing Kirk Whalum as touring saxophonist for Luther Vandross, Houston Texas' Kyle Turner, bandmates Kerry Wilkins, TJ Jenkins, & Allen Mosely made way to Austin to launch The KYLE TURNER BAND, later named KYLE TURNER & STANDING ROOM ONLY. Local r&b singer Rayvon Foster recommended _e check the band out when the drum position came available. Two songs into the audition the band took a moment to discuss and the rest is now local Austin jazz/blues history. KT & SRO became well known for their blend of high energy fusion; r&b pop, rock and jazz influenced instrumentals, causing nightly sidewalk congestion outside the small restaurant. Located on Austin's Historic 6th street near the Trinity intersection, Kyle Turner & Standing Room Only held residency in Austin's last African-American owned jazz-restaurant, CATFISH STATION, where UT student / aspiring actor Matthew McConaghey worked as a waiter before discovering his destiny. The band went on to open for Natalie Cole, Najee, Kirk Whalum, Grover Washington Jr., Kim Waters, Paul Jackson Jr, Bobby Lyle, Charles Neville, Peabo Bryson, Marion Meadows, Spyro Gyra, Confunkshun, & many more contemporary jazz r&b artists.
Last Band Standing is an annual tradition run by the A-Team each year to find the best band on Laurier grounds. A numerous amount of band demos and cds have been submitted but only 12 will be given the chance to showcase their talents. In past years Last Band Standing has hosted such bands as Audio to Mute & The Sound Foundation. Throughout the year there will be 3 competitions showcasing 4 bands on each night. These 12 bands will be handpicked and strategically scheduled within the 3 competitions. The winners of each competition will then battle it out in a finale show that will ultimately crown the 2010 Last Band Standing. As well, a 4th band will be chosen by the A-Team as the wild card to compete along side the other 3 bands for the title of The Last Band Standing. The Last Band Standing & Winners of the Competition will receive $1000.00 & an opportunity to play in the Canadian Music Explosion Competition against the best University bands across the country. The competition begins next Thursday at Wilf's Restaurant & Bar, as 4 bands battle it out to determine who will play in our Last Band Standing Finale. So come out to support your Laurier bands and stay tuned for the band listings for the upcoming competition. Future dates will also be issued at a later date. KEEP IT LOCKED! -- The A-Team

www.kalponik.us The actor was leaving a late-night dinner in London hosted by the director of The Dark Knight when he had deliberately hit a female Indian Photographer Harsha Gopal at the back of her head. Hes been known to lose his temper from time to time, and last night Jude Law was accused of hitting a female paparazzo. Harsha Gopal, the 28-year-old female shutterbug, claimed Jude struck her in the head. She explained, He hit me full in the face. It was a real stinger, it was very sore. A pack of paps was waiting outside the restaurant for Jude and other stars still inside, such as Leo DiCaprio and Jay-Z. If you see the pictures, you can see Jude clearly clocking a female photographer in the back of the head. But he says it was all an accident. "Jude was blinded by the camera flashes when he left the restaurant, raised his hand to shield himself and inadvertently struck somebody standing very close," his lawyer told The Daily Mail. "He apologized and left." The shutterbug seems to think it was intentional and is considering pressing charges. Judes lawyer tells a very different story. This is all nonsense. Last nights incident was an accident. Jude was blinded by the camera flashes when he left the restaurant, raised his hand to shield himself and inadvertently struck somebody standing very close.
