Laura Ramsey (born November 14, 1982) is an American film and television actress.
Ramsey was born in Brandon, Wisconsin, where she attended Laconia High School and subsequently moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. She was discovered while waiting tables in a Los Angeles restaurant on Sunset Blvd.
Laura was first cast in the reality show-based film, The Real Cancun (2003), before starring as Natalie Day in The Days, a television series that ran briefly on ABC in 2004.
