You have no doubt witnessed the explosive growth of online learning, or as some call it - e-learning. The name continues to evolve but the idea of providing convenient access to education for students around the globe has been constant. How did we get where we are today? What has led to the success of so many e-learning organizations and the demise of so few? Who are the leaders and what did they do right? What did they do wrong and how did they learn from their mistakes? Is success based on enrollments? revenue? quality? All of the above? Which is most important, and which one can you most influence? And because working in the digital world can be stressful, we'll look at how elements such as respect, empathy, appreciation and humor can keep an organization from falling apart.

There has been some sort of mix up with this song. These lyrics start at 1:59. I can't seem to find the full lyrics...I will try and find them though, if not I'll just try and get it by ear. They all just say this "[Mysterious intro, spoken ramblings by Matt]" But I think the beginning is part of the whole song... Our leaders write the roles from behind masked faces Always hiding the reality of their true intentions And like puppets we act out the roles Of a tragedy that never ends And the plot always thickens as the death rate quickens And the human soul sickens with war always the means to the end So how many times must Rome burn Before the crucial lesson of history is learned? Power kills, destroy everything that power builds You're sucked into place by your own admittance Self imposed enslavement And though you curse your king how can it mean anything When you worship cult of leadership? It takes only one to lead but must the rest of us follow? The whole is but the sum of it's parts Do you act that part? Do you fit that part? And how many times will we rebuild Rome Only to watch it burn? Power is death Power is Death These are the elements Of oppression!

White Stag Leadership Development is a 50-year-old non-profit program that teaches you a specific set of eleven leadership competencies. Our staff works year round to plan and present a week-long camp each summer. During the training week, you get multiple opportunities to learn and practice leadership skills in small and large group settings. They develop plans for applying these skills at home and in their community. Experienced adults and trained youth leaders closely and continually monitor all elements of the program. We believe that the challenge of leadership development is best taught in a setting where the participant can apply, in a hands-on setting, the skills of outdoor living.
Some elements meeting needs of terrorists: JNP Jathika Nidahas Peramuna (JNP) President and Parliamentarian Wimal Weerawansa claims that certain groups are geared to fulfill the needs of the terrorists when the final victory against terrorism is imminent.. Mr. Weerawansa was confident that the public will properly respond to these treacherous forces ensuring Governments victory at the Wayamba and Central Provincial polls. Addressing the media, Mr. Weerawansa opined that the UNP and the JVP under the leadership of MT Silva are using LTTE slogans at a time when Prabhakaran has found it difficult to survive. He said it was the tigers who initially said this administration is anti democratic. He observed that the slogans used by the LTTE recently are being used by MT Silva and Ranil Wickramasinghe. He noted that Prabhakaran cannot put up posters all over and that this task has been taken over by MT Silva. But there is one point that should be understood that the defeat of the LTTE cannot be averted at this point despite all these actions..
