Soundtrack / score to Hugh Hudson's 1984 epic 'Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes'. - - - In 1886, following a shipwreck off the west coast of Africa, an infant child became part of a family of apes who raised and protected him. As he grew, he learned the laws of the jungle and eventually claimed the title 'Lord of the Apes.' Yet, years later, when he was returned to civilization, he would remain uncertain as to which laws he should obey... those of man... or those of the jungle. Now, the director of "Chariots of Fire" captures this epic adventure of a man caught between two different worlds.

I Just Thought What Would It Be Like to Use a Tarzan Film with the Trailer of Another Tarzan Film. About Tarzan & Greystoke: Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes was Released in 1984 by Hugh Hudson (Who Also Worked on Chariots of Fire), It also Features the First Film Role of Christopher Lambert (Who Plays Tarzan). Disney's Tarzan was Released in 1999 by Disney's Renaissance (Which Also Included Such Classics as The Little Mermaid and The Lion King), With Music by Oscar Winning Singer Phil Collins, and the Use of Deep Canvas, The Film Features Actor Tony Goldwyn (Who is also in 1990's Ghost) as the Voice of Tarzan. Ironically, Actress Glenn Close Voices Andie MacDowell's Dub of Jane in Greystoke, But She Also Played Kala in the Disney Film. To Me, Greystoke is Similar to Tarzan, But With a Few Differences, Examples Include: Tarzan in Greystoke was Naked Until Later in the Film when he is Shown Wearing a Loincloth (I Don't Know How he got it). In Tarzan, He Was Raised by Gorillas, but in Greystoke, He Was Raised by Chimps (Since in the Novel, Tarzan was Raised by a Fictional Species of Ape called Mangani). and In Greystoke, Tarzan Goes into the UK.
