So my sister came down from Long Island NY and we stayed at the Marriott Courtyard at the Oceanfront 3737 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA www.courtyardoceanfrontnorth.com www.asknaoma.com They had a Starbucks downstairs and an amazing outdoor pool for the kids. I think I would have to give it a 3 stars...they didn't have room service.

The last employee was frustrated and then handed my friend the "jimmy" tool and was told rudely "Why don't you try it?!" We waited in the hotel hallway for hours trying to get into our room. We were DENIED another room while they tried to recover our belongings, even though we explained that we had a conference very early the next morning. They did however offer to have us sleep in our car and they would wake us when the room was unlocked. We were unable to settle into our room until 2:30 AM! We as asked for some sort of consideration on our hotel bill but we were denied this because we paid with Priceline. Priceline was also of no help to us. For whatever it's worth if the Marriott ever views this video the woman in this video was the only one that seemed to care about our situation. The rest of your staff is worthless.
