Le film en litige est une interview dun salarié-gréviste de Numéricable, victime dune agression lors de loccupation des bureaux du siège de cette entreprise : il est actuellement hospitalisé pour une triple fracture, après avoir été renversé sur le parking de lentreprise par lautomobile dans laquelle se trouvait Pierre Danon, le PDG de Numéricable, qui tentait déchapper à la confrontation que réclamaient les grévistes. Jockey Currie (Winter Wind) pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under Rule 161 (c) and was fined Rs.25000. Molten and Ndabeni raced wide in the early stages. Sentinal and Molten over-raced in the early stages. Approaching the 600 metres Elizondo steadied when awkward between Kilto and Molten. Elizondo then rolled in, Sentinal, which was following, had to be steadied. Winter Wind, which was following, also steadied. Ndabeni was taken wide from the 500 metres. Men of Rheims was taken wide rounding the home turn. At the 300 metres Elizondo when being taken to the outside of Molten carried Ndabeni and Sentinal wider on the track. Leaving the 300 metres Ndabeni steadied when unable to improve between Kilto, which was giving ground, and Molten.
