To worship Allah (God) as if you see Him, for if you can not see Him, He assuredly sees you. In Sahih Muslim, Abdullah ibn Umar ibn al-Khattab narrated: "My father, Umar ibn al-Khattab, told me: One day we were sitting in the company of Allah's Apostle (pbuh) when there appeared before us a man dressed in pure white clothes, his hair was extraordinarily black. There were no signs of travel on him, but none among us recognized him. This man came and sat beside the Apostle (pbuh) kneeling before him and placing his palms on his thighs. He then said: Muhammad, inform me about al-Islam. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) said: Islam implies that you testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, and you establish prayer, pay Zakat, observe the fast of Ramadan, and perform pilgrimage to the (House) if you are solvent enough (to bear the expense of) the journey. He (the inquirer) said: You have told the truth. He (Umar ibn al-Khattab) said: It amazed us that he would put the question and then he would himself verify the truth. He (the inquirer) said: Inform me about Iman (faith). He (the Holy Prophet) replied: That you affirm your faith in Allah, in His angels, in His Books, in His Apostles, in the Day of Judgment, and you affirm your faith in the Divine Decree, either good and evil. He (the inquirer) said: You have told the truth. He (the inquirer) again said: Inform me about al-Ihsan (performance of good deeds). He (the Holy Prophet) said: That ...

Sometimes, Gabriel (as) use to bring Divine Revelation and Instructions to Prophet Muhammad (saw) in shape of a man, similar to the way depicted in this movie in case of Jeremiah. Prophet Jeremiah (Aramaya) is also mentioned by Ibn Kathir in his Stories of the Prophets. Sahih Muslim, Book 001, Number 0001: ...My father, Umar ibn al-Khattab, told me: One day we were sitting in the company of Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) when there appeared before us a man dressed in pure white clothes, his hair extraordinarily black. There were no signs of travel on him. None amongst us recognized him. At last he sat with the Apostle (peace be upon him) He knelt before him placed his palms on his thighs and said: Muhammad, inform me about al-Islam ................... He (the narrator, Umar ibn al-Khattab) said: Then he (the inquirer) went on his way but I stayed with him (the Holy Prophet) for a long while. He then, said to me: Umar, do you know who this inquirer was? I replied: Allah and His Apostle knows best. He (the Holy Prophet) remarked: He was Gabriel (the angel). He came to you in order to instruct you in matters of religion. Sahih Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 1, Number 3: Narrated 'Aisha: (the mother of the faithful believers) The commencement of the Divine Inspiration to Allah's Apostle was in the form of good dreams which came true like bright day light...
While his links to the 26/11 attacks are being investigated, more information is emerging on the background of Lashkar man and American national David Headley, who till his 16th year was known as Daood Gilani and studied in a military school in Pakistan , attended by the country's elite. The US media is now reporting that Headley is the son of a now deceased Pakistani diplomat Saleem Gilani. Headley's mother was American Serill Headley, who lived in Pakistan while she was married only to move to Pennsylvania in the 70's once her marriage broke up where she owned and ran a bar. "I was shocked when I heard this and when I saw the papers it was surreal," says Jeremy Thompson, a bartender at the Khyber Bar. In 1977, after at least two failed attempts Serrlil Headley got custody of 16-year-old Daood Gilani, who was at the Hasan Abdal Cadet College. Transported to Philadelphia in his teens after living his life in Pakistan, Daood apparently suffered from culture shock. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, raised a Muslim, he had trouble adjusting to the idea that his mother ran a bar. "Well, she was the one that ran this place for a long time and really she turned it into the city's first beer bar. She was supposed to be a very free spirit and was well liked," says Thompson. In 2008, Gilani changed his name to David Headley, accepting his mother's last name, reportedly as a cover for his terror plans. see Him, then observe prayer (with this idea in your mind) that (at least) He is seeing you. He (the inquirer ) again said: Messenger of Allah, when would there be the hour (of Doom)? He (the Noble Prophet) replied: The one who is asked about it is no better informed than the inquirer. I, however, narrate some of its signs (and these are): when the slave-girl will give birth to he master, when the naked, barefooted would become the chiefs of the people - these are some of the signs of (Doom). ...
