Dr. Conrad Murray pled not guilty to the charge of involuntary manslaughter of the late, Michael Jackson in a Los Angeles court on Monday. Murray was charged with killing Jackson after a lengthy investigation, found a lethal cocktail of drugs in the singer's body when he died last year. Murray was heckled by Jackson fans chanting "murderer" as he entered the courthouse. Several members of the Jackson family attended the proceedings, including Jackson's parents, brothers, and sister LaToya. The doctor remained indifferent in court and when addressed by the judge, he spoke softly. Murray posted bail of 75-thousand (USD) dollars and was allowed to leave. To reach a guilty verdict for involuntary manslaughter, jurors must find that whatever the doctor did to Jackson was beyond an accident and was criminally negligent. [Ed Chernoff, Murray's Lead Attorney]: (English) "He's is in good spirits. He was prepared to make bail. The bail in this case, considering the circumstances, considering the fact that the district attorney's office was looking to raise the bail almost twelve times the standard, the bail amount, considering that, the bail is reasonable. Conrad Murray faced angry fans when he arrived at a Los Angeles court, where he pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter. NEW THEORY hi, I was asked to make a video about a possible second theory. I took images from youtube to make the video, unfortunately does not last long. the theory is this: Some believe that the "old man" at the memorial was actually MAC,wasn't MJ because the old man was too low to be MJ. They said they think MJ was the "woman" you see in the video. To tell the truth even I have the dubts, the profile seems to MJ, the "woman" is tall and when Usher sang, the "Woman" crying. Instead the old man was a bit indifferent. Michael is not. There are various things to show that MJ could be the old man, such details as the hand covered by glove seems to MJ, his hand on the stick (the ligaments to clarify) ... This is what I thought, it strange that MAC has not participated to Memorial, and if the old man was a way to distract us fans by "women"? If so, they have win. On August 31st, 2009, thegauntlet . net released info to the world about a gruesome murder scene in Solana Beach, CA in which over a dozen bodies were excavated in what authorities believed to be a "body farm". It was reported that a CD by CATTLE DECAPITATION was found in the suspects bedroom and may have motivated the killer. Even a video of the Channel 12 News footage surfaced and was shown to the world. BUT...... ...Absolutely NONE of it was true! There were no murders. There was no Body Farm. Hell, there's no such thing as a Channel 12 News station in San Diego! Michael Jackson died on June 25th, 2009 in Los Angeles California of cardiac arrest and an investigation has been brewing ever since trying to find out what and possibly who killed him. The drug Propofol (Diprivan) was found in his rented Holmby Hills home when searched by the police and in his autopsy report it was also found in his system. IV drips and oxygen tanks were also found in his home pointing the finger towards his personal doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, as to who possibly gave him the drug (which is an anesthetic that shouldn't be used outside a hospital setting and the patient needs to be heavily monitored when given it) and caused him to go into cardiac arrest and then couldn't revive him. The police have since raided his office, storage unit & home looking for evidence to support a manslaughter or possible murder case! Michael's memorial service was held at The Staples Center in Los Angeles California on July 7th, 2009 and plans are finalized as to where Michael will be buried.. at Forest Lawn Cemetery in the Hollywood Hills.
