All team logos used are property to their respective teams, leagues, and organizations. I do not claim them as my own, nor do I intend to use them for commerical purposes. Websites used: sportslogos.net 10) This logo is a step forward from the Angels previous logos. The 2002-2004 Anaheim Angels logo was too busy in the background, and the 1997-2001 logo was too Disney oriented. This is a good clean logo. Many could argue that the halo should have been gold instead of silver. 9) The name "Royals" fits this logo very well. The crown tops it off, but the color is slightly dull. I also do not understand why the script and shield have a shade of blue similar to the Dodgers. It should have been royal blue. Come to think of it, maybe the Angels logo should be swapped with the Royals. The design is very good though. 8) This logo has a very good color scheme. Not too busy, but not too simple either. It just works. Besides, just look at the 1998-1999 logo and anything would be a step in the right direction. 7) Some of you may be surprised to know that the tomahawk and Braves script was first created by the Boston Braves in 1946. Though this Atlanta Braves logo was created in 1990, the design was created in 1946. I would rank this one higher if the outline was not navy blue. Navy blue must be the most overused color in logos. 6) Again, though this logo was created in 1980, the first Chief Wahoo logo by the Indians in 1946. This logo looks great on the sleeve of jersey. Here's an MLB Network Logo Animation that when I first saw it on the MLB Network itself, I just had to try to do it make that exact logo as best I could. I had no experience with C4D, but after searching how it "might" have been done I ran into C4D. I practiced & practiced search for tutorials, watched numerous effects tips on lighting, materials, camera movement, you name it. and after a couple of months. I came up with this. Its not as perfect as I would have liked to be. I couldn't find a way to keep the 2 lights on each end from showing up on the grass. Even with compositing each object with exclusion features. I tried all kinds of combinations. I just couldn't nail it. But I'll settle for the finished animation. There's long camera panning to show the my name & detail of batter up close (curves, face, hands and such). I mean its not a masterpiece but it sure felt like one when creating it. I'll just keep practicing. You'll never know if a job for one of these might come up. Thanks for watching
