Here is a real psycho. This man has a violent history as seen by his court record: services.saccourt.com A charge of PC 242 is battery. In other words Mr. Rogers beat up at least three other people. He got off the first two times and was convicted in 2006 and given 3 years probation. He violated his probation and was sentenced to real jail time. 3 weeks after his probation ended, he followed me to my work and attacked me because he didn't like my car or how I drive. Since the initial incident last year Mr. Rogers has violently attacked again at the build that I work during work hours. He has harrassed me at my building several times. This is a video that I took with my cell phone. I fear for my safety. The Sacramento Sheriff Dept. screwed up the initial investigation so badly that it was not salvagable. Now the CHP is involved, thank God. They want to arrest and throw this guy in jail but they want more solid evidence. The CHP also told me that had they had the investigation from the beginning they "would have done things differently". I think that is a nice way of saying the Sac. Sheriff Dept. screwed up. A Sri Lankan man who was to have been deported from Australia despite being the sole career of his elderly mother has left the country 'voluntarily.' Edward Joseph, 69, was expected to be deported at 5pm (AEDT) on Friday even though his mother, 92-year-old Irene, lived in Melbourne and relied heavily on him. The immigration department found Mr Joseph, from Sri Lanka, had no lawful basis to remain in the country and had exhausted all appeals. Late on Friday night an immigration department spokeswoman confirmed Mr Joseph left the country voluntarily on Friday afternoon. It is understood he took his mother with him. The family's doctor said it was absurd that Ms Joseph was forced to return to Sri Lanka with her son. "He cares for her on a daily basis including administering medication," Ralph Weiner, who had been a GP for the family for more than a decade, said in a statement. "Her only other option (would have been) ... to go to a nursing home but why should she have to?" Mr Joseph first arrived in Australia in 1996, and his mother was a permanent resident here. Alan Johnston The captured BBC reporter has appeared in a video posted on an Islamic militant website. It is the first video released of Mr Johnston, since he was abducted on 12 March. It is not clear when the video, which has appeared on the al-Ekhlaas website, was recorded or under what conditions Mr Johnston was speaking. Here is the transcript in full of what he says: ""First of all my captors have treated me very well. They've fed me well. There's been no violence towards me at all, and I'm in good health. In three years here in the Palestinian territories, I've witnessed the huge suffering of the Palestinian people. And my message is that their suffering is continuing, and that it is unacceptable. Every day there are Palestinians arrested, imprisoned for no reason. People are killed on a daily basis.
