This is a scene from the movie "You Light Up My Life". Yes there was a movie ... look it up on IMDB. It is a very powerful scene and complementsd the song well. The song was actually recorded by session singer, Kacey Cisyk . Didi Conn (Yes she is Frenchie from Grease), acted in the movie and lip synched the song. Contrary to popular belief, Debby Boone did not perform the song first. She did it after this movie was made. In this scene, the woman shows up to try out for an acting part. They find out she is a singer so they ask her to sing as part of the tryout. She had written "You light up my life" and had had some arrangements made for it but she had only ever sung it on her guitar. She ends up giving the arrangements to the conducter and spontaneaously sings in front of an entire orchestra. The scene is quite moving and gets to me every time I see it. I love when the strings kick in. Anyway I wanted all of you to experience it as well. Enjoy!

Bleach AMV - I had intended to put up a new AMV once the views for this AMV passed 500000. Unfortunately, since loading Vista, I have been unable to get MovieMaker, Powerdirector or anything else to run properly. Im still working on it and hope to get it fixed eventually. However, University coursework is also eating in to the spare time that I have available, particularly with end-of-year exams coming up. Perhaps by the time the views go over a million????????
