Masjid al Haqq, currently rents from a building located on E. High St in Pottstown, PA. The community has kept up-to-date with the rent for the building however the owners of the building were not able to keep up with the mortgage of the building, and as such the building is in the foreclosure process and scheduled for a sheriff sale July 28, 2010. The community would like to purchase this building We are expecting the building to be sold with a value in the range of $20K to $100K (as this is an auction it is difficult to estimate because we do not know how many investors may attend the auction) as of today the community has generated $12000 in a short space of time. Insha'Allah, we are requesting financial help as well as your duas. After the Penn Square Bank was declared insolvent in 1982, this bank purchased the premises located at 2079 Penn Square in the northwest corner of the Penn Square Mall parking area.
Cutchall's dates to William O. Cutchall's 1927 opening of a downtown men's fine clothing store at 103 N. Robinson (Hales Building) where it operated for 38-40 years. In 1964, three Cutchall's locations existed — in the Hales Building and in the respective Penn Square and Shephard malls. A nephew of the originator, Dean B. Cutchall, continued operations until 1988 when the operations closed. But, in 1989, Brint W. Cutchall, a grandson of the originator, opened a 2700 square foot shop in the Midland Center (Dowell Center today) which later moved to the 1 National Bank arcade and st lasted for 5 years. But, in 1998, he closed that operation and opened a new Cutchall's in North Penn Plaza, immediately west of Penn Square Mall, but that came to an end in the same year as its opening. As far as I'm aware, Cutchall's no longer exists in Oklahoma City.
Its ads said that its roots went back to 1898 and was the oldest savings and loan association in Oklahoma City. Its original name was Oklahoma City Building & Loan Association but it became the Oklahoma City Federal Savings & Loan in the early 1930s. For several years it was located in the Majestic Building but by 1919 it established its own building at the southwest corner of 1st Street (Park Avenue) and Harvey where it remained until it became the owner of the Skirvin Tower hotel in 1971 which was renamed the 101 Park Avenue Building. In 1974, the company itself was renamed as the Continental Federal Savings & Loan Association. After selling the 101 Park Avenue Building to Jere Sturgis of Enid, Sturgis announced plans to add 14 stories to the property but that failed to materialize in the wake of the Oil Bust and Penn Square Bank's insolvency in 1972. As to Continental, it failed in 1991 and its branches were sold to Bank of Oklahoma, Banks of Mid-America, and Stillwater National Bank.

SANATOGA PA - Shredding confidential and personal documents, it seems, is an early morning affair. Hannah Hartman, manager of the National Penn Bank branch on East High Street in Sanatoga PA, said dozens of area residents had arrived within just the first hour Saturday (May 1, 2010) for the bank's sixth year in providing free shredding services to the community. Cars filled with boxes destined for disposal streamed up South Sunnybrook Road to the bank parking lot entrance, where National Penn employees helped unload and dump their contents into plastic bins. The bins then were wheeled over to an industrial-grade shredder that chewed full-sized sheets into unrecognizable bits of confetti. Which is exactly what the public hoped for, said National Penn Community Relations Specialist Mary Sobjak. Since the bank began promoting such events in 2005, she reported, its shredders have ground through about 144 tons of confidential paper. Seventy-five tons were pulped last year alone. The numbers could climb higher this year, Sobjak added. The bank has scheduled 25 shredding events across its service area during 2010.

4/14/2010- Morgan Stanley analysts are initiating coverage of Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ:PENN) with an overweight rating and a $35 price target. Analyst Mark Strawn said, "We believe Penn's deep development pipeline, especially its project in Columbus, OH, will drive significant upside from current levels, making PENN shares a compelling investment. Our EBITDA estimates for Penn's development pipeline exceed consensus by ~40%, driven primarily by our expectations for Penn's Ohio projects. With $500 million of excess cash and an 8% FCF yield, we believe Penn has positioned itself well to take advantage of future growth opportunities and defend its existing portfolio. We believe Penn will continue to participate in the future expansion of domestic gaming supply and will continue to evaluate acquisition opportunities on the Las Vegas Strip." The bank expects fiscal 2010 EPS of $1.10, vs. consensus estimates of $1.05 per share, and fiscal 2011 EPS of $1.46, vs. consensus estimates of $1.32 per share.

Louis W. Gentile and Robert E. Meinert partnered to create a comprehensive, professional investigative firm that initially was limited to addressing their clients investigatory needs. The founders recognized almost immediately that those needs began to expand dramatically leading to a commensurate growth in security and investigations expertise. While they could have remained within the professional investigative domain, both founders knew they could not properly serve their clients without offering a full range of services in related fields. Gentile-Meinert & Associates, Inc., established a robust business based on honesty and integrity. Corporate clients sought them to serve in security capacities, and the company quickly became trusted and valued security partners with many national and international companies. Today, GMA has grown to a national presence and has changed its name to Corporate Security and Investigations (CSI), serving companies in every sector of businesses categorized by the Department of Homeland Security as "National Critical Infrastructure" entities. But neither of the founders nor the entire CSI team will ever lose sight that every client is its most important client. All clients need and deserve the best available investigative services, and the CSI remains dedicated to providing these services. Mr. Gentile also founded the Academy of Investigations and Protection which continues to provide graduates with the instruction needed to pursue careers ...

Around noon on Tuesday, an elderly couple lost control of their vehicle near the drive through window at the National Penn Bank headquarters. The vehicle hit the side of the bank, damaging an air conditioning unit, then crossed West Philadelphia Avenue (Rt. 73), and jumped the sidewalk before smashing into the side of the Boyertown Inn. Were told building owner Maefern Houck was just feet from the window where the vehicle came crashing in at the time of the accident. A large portion of the wall and a window were pushed inside of the building. Crews were called to the scene to assess the situation and soon after, all occupants of the Boyertown Inn were evacuated. A collapse rescue unit was called in to create a plan to stabilize the structure. Damage was reported in the first, second, and third floor. Electricity and water service was shut down as a precaution. Occupants of the Inn either found a place to stay or were sent to St. John's Church. The Red Cross assisted in finding them rooms at local hotels. An oversized load was held up because of the road closure. It was initially blocking the East-bound lane of Rt. 73, but was then moved to a wider portion of the road. This is after two years of renovations to the exterior of the building, but thankfully most of the damage was isolated to one area. We're told nobody was severely injured. WZAR News - www.WZARTV.com

TEXT OF THE POEM: "With rally towels in hand, and raucous cheers, those faithful fans filled Citizens Bank Park, so frantic for a win to ease their fear they instigated that offensive spark. Martínez, Kendrick, Durbin took the hill and stifled Houston's batters, who scored three. But then the fans were treated to a thrill: four runs in a fourth inning hitting spree, and five insurance runs would total ten. We bellowed when Ibáñez crushed one long; we earned the high regard of William Penn; we wept as Harry Kalas sang his song. The tensions of our city were released: the Phillies won the National League East."
News Conference following G20 Summit.Part 1 September 26, 2009 Pittsburgh Пресс-конференция по итогам саммита «Группы двадцати» 26 сентября 2009 года Питтсбург DMITRY MEDVEDEV: Good afternoon, dear colleagues, ladies and gentlemen, Let me share with you my impressions of the summit. I want to say immediately that in my view we have achieved everything that we set out to accomplish. The results are there for all to see. Of course the most important thing weve done is discuss ways to overcome the global crisis and to construct a new, more up-to-date financial architecture. Its true that we discussed the same things in London, and before that in Washington, but the difference lies in the fact that we have made some important progress. We are no longer discussing the outlines or directions that development should take, but have focused instead on some very specific things. There have recently been some encouraging signs of an upturn in the global economy and in national economies. And Russia is no exception, although we have seen only very small indications of an improvement in the situation. As you know, some countries have experienced an increase in their gross domestic product, and Russia was one of them according to the results for this past summer. Of course ultimately the figures for the whole year will be poor the recession must take its course. Nevertheless, things are changing, so what we discussed today is not just a rapid response to problems associated with the ...
