This is some of the recent footage from an anti death penalty protest. Joseph Birkett has decided to unfairly seek revenge upon Brian Dugan. Brian Dugan is already serving two life without parole sentences for other murders/crimes that he committed. Moreover, the county is in a budget crisis, and this case has cost over 15 million dollars thus far. Lastly, Joseph Birkett is seeking the death penalty in the names of the Nicarico family, but what about victims families in DuPage County that are against the death penalty? Their voices are not heard...It is our duty, as concerned citizen's and activist's, to stop him.
