Joe heard his alarm and he reached over and hit snooze before Kevin woke up and got mad. Time for his morning jog, because now he actually had time. He got dressed and grabbed his ipod and walked out the door. When he was running, down the street he could see two girls running around in circles and jumping all over the place. As he got closer, he could see they were chasing a dog around the yard. They were both still in their pajamas and had their hair pulled up in messy ponytails. One just fell to the ground laughing at what looked like her sister still trying to catch the dog. The dog saw Joe and took off towards him. He reached down to pick up the dog and pulled out his earphones. "Oh thanks I'm so sorry" She said out of breath. "It's fine don't worry about it" Joe had a smile on his face. The whole situation was funny from a distance. He saw the girl was reading his T-shirt. "So what's your name? It looks like you go to the same school as me but I don't recognize you" She had a puzzled look on her face. Joe was surprised she didn't know who he was, but it was almost refreshing. "Uh well I'm Joe, and I used to go to that highschool but my junior year my mom started to home school me and my brothers" He tried not to sound tired. "Oh, well that's cool, do you still have to get up early?" She was obviously trying to start a conversation and be nice to him.
