Please watch in HD! My quartet Rendezvous had the pleasure of recording a 7 song EP in October of 2009 here in Toronto. My older sister Sarah, a Ryerson University media student, was able to secure us some studio time as well as coordinate and co-produce the session along with myself. "Tonight, Tonight" is from West Side Story with lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and music by Leonard Bernstein. It was adapted for barbershop by Jay Giallombardo and made famous by the quartet "Acoustix". Danny and I transcribed Simon Rylander's recording of it in the fall of 2008 and it has become one of our favourite songs to sing in the quartet. Bass : Calvin Frank (mrcalvinfrank) Baritone : Andrew Kesler (andrewkesler) Lead : Brodie Cuff (brodiecuff) Tenor : Danny Fong (daniscool99) Working in the booth along with my sister was our good friend and amazing drummer Tristan Henderson (check him out in my videos of "Nardis" and "In the Beginning"). Tristan engineered the session and did most of the mixing along with myself.
