In October of 2005, Early On Public Awareness launched the Sitting Still Public Service Announcement. With the support of the Michigan Cable Telecommunications Association (MCTA) and the Charter & Comcast Systems, a broadcasted Public Service Announcement (PSA) launched in targeted television markets including: Detroit, Flint, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Houghton, Allegan, Cadillac, and Alpena. The initital PSA TV Campaign, played in the surrounding viewing areas from October of 2005 until March of 2006. Up to 30160 spots were broadcast to strengthen the publics awareness about Early On Michigan. In addition, several Michigan Public Access Cable Stations agreed to play the Early On Public Service Announcement. We would like to thank the following stations for playing the PSA at no cost. Bound" is the title of a Star Trek: Enterprise television episode from season four. Jonathan Archer finds himself taking custody of three Orion Slave Girls with a hidden agenda, while Trip Tucker and T'Pol discover a deeper aspect to their relationship. This was the final regular standalone episode of Star Trek: Enterprise, the finale being considered part of the "Birth of the Federation" arc. Enterprise is en route to the Berengaria system, one of the supposed places for a starbase, when an hostile Orion ship approaches. Its captain, Harrad-Sar, agrees to stand down weapons and he has a proposal for Captain Archer. Harrad-Sar wants Starfleet to cooperate in a mining operation. He claims he found a source of magnesite, enough to build a thousand warp drives. To improve relations with the Orion Syndicate, Archer decides to agree with the proposal. Harrad-Sar insists on transporting three slave girls to Enterprise as part of the deal. While Archer tries to convince them they are not slaves anymore, the crew seem to be affected by their arrival. The men seem entranced and preoccupied, getting sloppy with their work, the women develop headaches. Meanwhile Trip and T'Pol discuss their relationship. Trip feels compelled to tell the truth about him having dreams about her.
