POST-INDEPENDENCE Delhi Police was reorganised in 1946 when its strength was almost doubled. I n the wake of partition, a large influx of refugee population rolled in and there was a sharp rise in crime in 1948. It was on February 16, 1948 that the first IGP of Delhi was appointed and the total strength of Delhi Police was increased by 1951 to about 8000 with one Inspector General of Police and eight Superintendents of Police. A post of Deputy Inspector General of Police was created in 1956. With the rise in the population of Delhi, the strength of Delhi Police kept on increasing and in the year 1961, it was over 12000. In the year 1966, the Government of India constituted the Delhi Police Commission headed by Justice GDKhosla to go into the Problems faced by Delhi Police and it was on the basis of the Khosla Commission Report that the Delhi Police was once again reorganised. Four Police districts, namely, North, Central, South and New Delhi were constituted. The Delhi Police Commission also recommended the introduction of Police Commissioner System which was eventually adopted from July 1,1978. The population of Delhi and the attendant problems of policing kept on multiplying and following the recommendations of the Srivastava Committee, the strength of Delhi Police was increased to the present level of above 70000. At present, there are 3 ranges, 11 districts and 177 police stations in Delhi. Today, Delhi Police is perhaps the largest metropolitan police in the world ...

It shows that Prince has in fact inherited Vitiligo from his FATHER Michael Jackson. Vitiligo is a chronic disorder that causes depigmentation in patches of skin. It occurs when melanocytes, the cells responsible for skin pigmentation, die or are unable to function. Vitiligo is an autoimmune disease. Some patients have other autoimmune diseases, such as thyroid disease. Several genes have been associated with vitiligo that would encourage the immune system to attack melanocytes. Most of those genes are in the immune system, but some are in the melanocyte itself. The incidence worldwide is less than 1%.[1] The most common form is non-segmental vitiligo. Melanocytes are derived embryologically from the neural crest. For more info on vitiligo go to: en.wikipedia.org

Boby Brown, Madonna y Michael Jackson. Is Dead", "Who Is Elvis" etc. El futuro parecía prometedor, si estos eran los noventas ¿qué nos depararía el año dos mil? Fue para muchos la mejor época de nuestras vidas. Y para ti ¿Qué representó esa época, y qué canciones te vienen a la mente?

incl. DIANA ROSS *** It was decided that Motown star Diana Ross would "discover" the group as was explained in all early press kits. According to their official Motown biography, referenced in several early interviews and liner notes, Diana Ross (and, in some versions of the story, Berry Gordy alongside her) was introduced to the Jackson 5 by Gary, Indiana's mayor, Richard G. Hatcher, at a benefit concert that the Jackson 5 were described as having played for the mayor in 1969. Impressed ...

This is a tribute video in memorie of Michael Jackson Video includes: This is it song and lyrics (The song premiered worldwide on October 12, 2009, at midnight "This Is It" is a song from Michael Jackson's fifth posthumous compilation album, This Is It, which accompanies the upcoming Sony Pictures motion picture release Michael Jackson's This Is It, and according to Epic the song is "available exclusively on the forthcoming album"[1]. Paul Anka, who co-wrote the song, stated that it was recorded in 1983 for a duet intended between him and Jackson on his album Walk a Fine Line under the original title of "I Never Heard". The song was later included in Sa-Fire's album I Wasn't Born Yesterday. The demo of the song was recorded in Anka's studio in Carmel, CA and the tape was sent to a studio in Hollywood for finishing touches. However, Anka claims Jackson "stole the tapes" from the studio. Jackson's copy of the original recording of "This Is It" was apparently found in a box of tapes with only Jackson's voice and a piano accompaniment. Strings were then added to the bare-bones recording, along with backing vocals from Jackson's brothers and finger-click percussion.) (Source- wikipedia) Also included in this video- official "This is it" trailer, "Private MJ home video with the kids" and "Paris speech at the memorial"
