The Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) has confiscated property rights of citizens of Pennsylvania and New York who own land along the Delawere River Basin. The Executive Director of the DRBC, Carol Collier, has empowered herself with the title of soveriegn ruler of the Delaware River Basin lands and issued a moratorium on gas well drilling in this single river shed area. The DRBC is the only river commission that has not put regulations in place for gas well drilling. It has been over 2 years, and Carol Collier has failed to do this job. Collier's inaction is causing Pennsylvania and New York citizens to lose their jobs, land, and way of life. They have USA citizens the right to free enterprise without undue government intervention. Property owners are rising up against this discrimination against them and are becoming stronger and more vocal about the confiscation of their property rights that are guaranteed to them by the constitution of the United States of America.

www.madeiraforcongress.com The challenges that face America are not unprecedented, but they are serious. The lack of responsiveness from our elected leaders has convinced me that we need to come together to return the reigns of power in America to their rightful owners, We The People. Last summer I spoke at Tea Party rallies and saw my friends and neighbors express their frustration with the rush to government control of just about every aspect of our lives. Washingtons Wall Street Bailouts and Big Business Takeovers have left us with double digit unemployment, declining wages and unfathomable debt. The American people dont want to be governed by Democrats or Republicans, they want to govern themselves according to the Constitution and they want their elected representatives to do just that - represent them. Im determined, with your help and support, to take up the challenge to restore the Constitutional Representative Republic we were given by the incredible sacrifice and wisdom of our Founding Fathers. Im running for Congress to represent the ideals of Faith, Family and Freedom that we all hold dear. Video courtesy of http

www.reuters.com WASHINGTON (Reuters) - US employers cut far fewer jobs than expected last month in the best showing for the labor market since the recession began, lifting the beleaguered US dollar as investors bet a sustainable recovery was building. Economy The economy shed only 11000 jobs in November, well below the 130000 loss financial markets had braced for, while the unemployment rate unexpectedly dropped to 10 percent from October's 10.2 percent, government data showed on Friday. The data from the Labor Department signaled a broad-based improvement in the jobs market. In addition, job losses in September and October were revised down by a total of 159000, contributing to the strong tenor of the report. "It suggests that the labor market is much closer to its trough and more synchronized with broader measures of economic growth," said Brian Fabbri, chief North America economist at BNP Paribas in New York. Traders speculated the data could lead the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates sooner than had been thought. That sent the dollar soaring and pushed down prices for US government debt. Against a basket of currencies, the dollar posted its biggest gain in nearly five months. US and European stocks jumped on the data, although the US market later fell back to trade close to flat as the rallying dollar weighed on commodity prices. "The economy is lifting at a much greater rate than expected," said Chris Rupkey, chief financial economist at Bank of Tokyo ...
