Follow two members of a BP clean up crew as they spend the afternoon exploring Pensacola's attractions, visiting historic sites and museums, sampling local flavors and getting friendly with the locals.
Okay, so I let one of my roommates three years ago talk me into doing probably one of the most crazy things I've ever done: Ouija. We were at an old lighthouse on Naval Air Station Pensacola. My roommate (the Asian girl) asks if anyone has died here (as the rumors state). The board responds, (seriously, no one was moving the pointer, it was like it was floating,) and strange things start happening. I know it's just a "game" but I do believe that this thing is the real deal. It doesn't matter what form it's in, when you open yourself to communication with spirits, it spells trouble and it's dangerous. DON'T DO IT. I've learned a lot since then, and if I'd knew then what I know now, I would have NEVER done it. You may be asking why I am explaining this right now. Once I post other videos and add my favorites, I'm sure you'll understand.
You saw the movie, now here is a small remix.
Visit: sites.google.com for Paranormal News and Information. The team heads to Florida to investigate the Pensacola Lighthouse that was built in 1858 and has historical civil war connections. The lighthouse is known to be an extremely active area, people have heard footsteps and their names being called throughout the building. To date, the site is controlled by the United States Coast Guard. So since the guards serve and protect us, TAPS — being the good Samaritans they are have decided to give back by completing a thorough investigation of the area. After doing a general overview of the hot spots, Jason and Grant begin their hunt in the main tower of the lighthouse. As soon as they enter the area, the K2 meter goes berserk. They ascend further up the tower steps to see if the meter will continue to fluctuate. The then decide that perhaps the device's activity is being caused by the power source in the tower. But before they can rule out instances of paranormal activity they hear footsteps coming from the top of the tower. The hunters then go to the highest level of the lighthouse but find no trace of anything there. Next, Amy and guest hunter Britt head to the keeper's quarters where people have heard voices and seen the apparition of a woman. To ensure there's no environmental interferences in their investigation they make sure the windows are tightly shut. While there, Britt thinks he hears a chair being drug across the floor. Later on, Britt and Dustin investigate ...

4 different evp clips strung together. Megan is describing what's in a closed showcase including "china" with a response that sounds like "Hopi" (the Indian tribe?), another random voice saying (to me, anyway) "Carol leaves" (?), and then two different clips of breathing sounds from the "bloody bedroom". I don't know what these sounds REALLY are but they're not us.
Alone and cold in the tower I was getting weary of what appeared to be no activity. I asked for some footsteps - "for the kid". It would appear that there were footsteps and a mild "HI" in response. As is usually the case, not audible to me at the time.
I ask a simple question: "Is there anyone in the tower?" In response I get: "Hey, Tom, ready?"
This is really interesting. It is clearly residual. The lighthouse has a story of a slave hiding under the stairs in the basement from the Confederate soldiers. (Apologizing in advance for the political incorrectness of the evp), we hear: "Run nigger" and then what appears to be a child's voice (female, I think) adding "leave".
Jay Hartley was sitting alone near the top of the tower when he heard noises from above...
I saw some sort of odd light movement in the basement. Megan asks me "What's you see?" As I falter in my description, a voice says: "Hey genius, (we're having) a winter storm".
For the sake of the curious, I give you the entire un-enhanced audio file where a spirit says "who cares" and "butt out" - they are so clear that I wanted to make this available.
This was recorded in the tunnel between the tower and the keepers house. I thought I heard a couple of footsteps up in the tower. I waited for a while in silence but heard nothing further. I guess whom or what ever made the footsteps felt like the event was over.
Megan and Jay Hartley in the tunnel between the lighthouse tower and the keepers quarters. Megan is pointing out what might be shadow movement when Jay sees what she is referring to. He says "OK, now I can tell". - and then is mocked.
"Megan in the basement - my dad to return" then "who cares?" - thanks guys - Megan then supplies her exact location as the left basement to which we hear "Butt Out" - Welcome to the Sunshine State.
We took well over 4 hours of night vision video during our investigation of the Pensacola Lighthouse January 9th of this year. Presented is the only activity captured. The 3 clips were taken in the keepers bedroom (the one with the "invisible" blood stained floor), the stairs to the basement under which a slave supposedly still hides from the Confederate army, and the tunnel from the keepers quarters to the lighthouse itself where a woman in white named Ellen is said to walk.
Please visit www.ourtripvideos.com for full video and more free videos. You will find full description on the web site. Pensacola is a historic beach city in northwest Florida, in the US. It is located in Escambia County, Florida's westernmost county, at the tip of the "panhandle". The city is home to the Pensacola Naval Air Station, the National Museum of Naval Aviation and many historic districts that skirt the downtown area. Surrounded on three sides by water, the Pensacola area is full of history, shipwrecks, beaches and spectacular vistas.
Pensacola Lighthouse is the apex of paranormal activity and unexplainable happenings. But when the boys decide to play "Ghost Hunters" with Brett-ski's new camera, play turns into pain as the boys uncover the deadliest secret on Pensacola Beach and meet some new friends along the way. Join us for a whirlwind adventure as the boys decide to take on yet another task and learn how to make the seemingly impossible, possible again.
The TAPS team heads to Pensacola, Florida to investigate the Pensacola Lighthouse. Claims of paranormal activity include a legend of a woman's ghost that has been passed down for generations, claims linked to transparent people and accounts in which lights have turned off and on by themselves.
